Friendly staff, super cute, not too cramped! Good selections of games and the kids loved it.

This arcade was so fun to come to with family but I’m not sure what happened it’s not mediocre at best. The games can be fun but there is barely any games. They once had many games and many variety's of prizes but now you can only get balls and weird squish animals? I’m sadly disappointed about how this arcade is now. Big downgrade.

This place really takes their anti loitering policy up to 1000%
Walking through the mall with my 3 year old, when he sees the arcade and wants to go inside. We go look around for 5 minutes and boom we are being kicked out for loitering. We were not bothering any of the 4 other patrons, being disruptive, or hogging the machines. Staff needs to take a chill pill. Would definitely not recommend this as a family friendly place

Been a while since I've been in here. Wasn't impressed when I took the boys last wkend and found that they switched to cards. Idk... there's just something about having your own tokens to feed into machines and counting your own tickets.

Disappointed. I liked going with my kids here from time to time. I enjoyed playing the ring toss game because if I was doing well I could hit 850 for the bonus tickets 1 out of 4 plays. Each time I went I would spend at least $60 and walk out with 2,000-3,000 tickets, as I was saving them to get my kids one of the big stuffed animals.
A few weeks ago I made the mistake of hitting the bonus multiple times in front of the counter guy, so the next week when I came in, the score to get the ticket bonus was increased from 850 to 950. It’s irritating and I probably won’t be back for a while because of this.
I’m not a big spender, and I know they won’t miss my business, but each time I went I’d spend at least $60 between myself and my kids. so basically planning on spending $400 or so to get a stuffed animal I can find on Amazon for $60. I felt that was a fair deal, but apparently they were losing money on the ring toss game.
(Response to owner comment) have you considered adjusting the ticket cost of prizes or amount of bonus payout? People like winning, why not let them keep winning but make the reward a little less if you’re losing money.

It was a sad day today as my boyfriend and I decided that we aren’t going to the arcade anymore. One of our favorite games (that we win at frequently) was made harder to play. When we asked he said that too many people came in and were winning so he made it harder. What’s the point of going to an arcade and not trying to win a bonus? (Just to be clear the game is hard as it is and we played it almost 15 times and didn’t win a single bonus today) We’ve gone there for 4 years and today we decided we’re done. We spent $28 and only won 2,000 tickets. On average we would have won 8,000. We can’t afford to go to an arcade and spend $30 to win 10 fun dip packets. Very unfortunate.

Great place, $20 = 88 tokens. Games range from 1 - 4 tokens. You can play normal arcade games or win tickets & earn prizes. Staff is always friendly & patient with the kids. You also can save your ticket slips to save up for big prizes. We have our eye on a Nintendo Switch 😉 cool bonus, it's right next to a discount theatre inside the mall.
