Lyfe at The Marina Apartments

It is a very modern and nice place, but when the contract expires and you leave, they make up charges that they cannot even prove. When you hand over the key, there is no one available to walk with you and that is when they do their thing. If you are going to leave, make sure that everything is discussed and with proof.

The Apartment and area are great and convenient. The service is fast and the neighbors are fine. The walls are thick and high ceilings. Overall a very comfortable place to live in. The rent itself is very high and the utilities and fees are high. If you can afford something high costing 2k and up then this is the perfect place. If your budget is set lower then I would not recommend :)

Work was done on time and competently. Workers were polite and friendly while efficiently completing the replacement of the refrigerator.

From the first moment that these apartments were recommended to me, I really liked them since they are on three levels and with an incredible view that I have from my balcony, I really enjoy my coffee and the company of my dog ​​since pets are welcome. Thank you for the excellent service that the people who work there provide us, the effort they put into their maintenance is very noticeable.

I’ve had an exceptional experience at this apartment property. The staff is incredibly friendly and always accessible for assistance. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and with thorough attention to detail. Living here has been a pleasure, thanks to the welcoming atmosphere and reliable service.

This is one of the nicest apartment complexes I have toured in Sparks. The girls in the office were super friendly and informative. I got to see a couple floor plans and all were very clean and smelled good. 10/10 can’t wait to live here and see all Lyfe has to offer!

I have lived here since April 2023 and it's been really nice! The manager Ester is the nicest of all the leasing agents and I really only go to the leasing office when she's there- she's wonderful. I will say when considering renting here, expect to pay for everything. That may be an obvious thing for some but I didn't expect to pay for water, sewage, garbage, electricity/gas, maintenance, among a few other changers that are not apart of your rent. With your rent expect at least an additional $200 when it's all said and done. Overall the grounds are nice, the pool area is very pretty and well maintained and they do have security that is okay. If you have the means I would definitely say this is the place for you! 9/10 overall for me :)

I just moved in. Staff is cooperative. But make sure you signed lease before reached to their office. Guest wifi network is very weak and have a very limited access even in the main office.

For mail access very well organized mail room and Amazon hub system to track and receive large mail.

Legend outlet mall and other restaurants and malls are so close to this apartment.

Main important thing is they don't have elevator, so if you need to move heavy stuff that will be little hurdle. But rate are competitive and best compared to other places around. And have a beautiful view of mountains.

Gym is open 24x7, my electronic key some how not working. So I am using gym during normal office hours but staff is working to give me updated or new key.

Swimming pool is awesome and they clean and take care of it regularly.

Neighborhood and neighbors are seems pretty quite and peaceful.

I have booked apartment for a year so I will post any update or picture for review.

So far apartment are good, staff is cooperative, area is peaceful, safe, secure.
