One of the trails in Bartley Ranch County Park
Just a segment of our usual loop of park. Follows a canal through a brushy hillside. Connected to a trail that goes to top of hill with great views of the Truckee Meadows. Part of my regular hike rotation. Can be very hot in summer and early fall due to large exposed areas. Usually hike it in late fall, winter and spring, the sun is warming in these seasons.

Most excellent!!

This park is enchanting! Clean and well maintained, plenty of space for every one, ample parking.

Beautiful park with amphitheater. Historic old Huffaker School was moved to this park.

Love hiking here as it’s close to my house and there’s a variety of trails you can take. Bonus is how the view is breathtaking while enjoying your hike.

Just an ok trail. Kids liked it but they also like everything we try that's new. Has a few nice views... The highlight is when the path turns into a wooden path but that part is short lived.

Beautiful, well maintained, short moderate trail. I love how convenient it is in Reno, and I love the mix of dry desert trail and wooded creek. This is my favorite for when I don't have half a day to dedicate to my hike.
