Break 12.15-2.45 but already 3.03pm，running number still not working...nobody walk out from room to ask about kad or name...but other room already start their job😢

Some dr was good in service but some dr are super terrible. They had very bad temper when we ask too much. We shall ask more detail since we don't know. A good dr should be patience to listen n explain well. Dr not only treat patient physical buat also should care mental too. i felt hot and upset when meet dr especially dr indian girl today. so rude and unprofessional, she keeps putting her bad face to us, asking her question but no response. Excuse me, she just copy previous history and paste, how difficult it is? her mouth seems like zipped and looks like i am consulted a photomachine, not a doctor! oh please, if you do not have passion and patience, please dont be doctor.

go for dental checkup , nurse dekat kaunter very helpful especially nurse lelaki yang dh tua , very nice staff , dr also good , recommended to come for dental checkup

Today is a Friday, I know that 12.15pm to 2.45pm is their break time. But none of them are working starting 11.30 amitself and kept saying today we break at 12.15pm to 2.45pm. But now is just 11.30am why is there no one working. Even their lab is empty.
Please report this kind of irresponsible and useless attitudes of government servants thru this webpage. https://moh.spab.gov.my

The few nurses and doctors are very rude and unprofessional. 😞 and the services not based on first come first system.

A Chinese girl in pharmacy told me to wait until 2pm, and when the time is exactly 2pm, the same girl told me the time not yet reach, so I pointed to her the big clock hanging on the wall, she have no excuse, but this time she told me that an old lady who queue at my back came before me 🙄, I came before the old lady, oh please, she got too many lie and rude. How come she can work in pharmacy, very unsatisfied with her.

The doctor using her smart wristband to calculate my pulse rate. It's too horrible... Please be more professional and responsible because you are the doctor.

A lot of different Taman patients come here do it's always very very crowded. Takes a long time by the time u c the doctor n take medicines . About 3 to 4 hrs. . Earlier there were a lot of broken chairs which were not replaced n cases is patients falling down. Today I noticed many has been replaced with new ones . Thank God . Doctors and nurses are very courties , polite n pleasant . Overall keep it up
