Larchmont Rossmoor Park

Beautiful neighborhood park with wide open grass areas, picnic benches and large trees for shade in the summer.

My grandchildren love when I take them to the Park. I only wish they had more shade because the equipment gets really hot.

Great Lawn and Tree nature. The park is clean and well maintained. It is located right next to a school and there are two tables and a place for barbecue. I highly recommend coming here just to relax and have a picnic.

Play cricket all year at Rossmoor park. Excellent maintenance and great water drain system.
Good for family outdoor events and fun activities.

This is a park that I took my kids to in 2012 when they came to meet my dad, their grandfather, for the first time.

Fun park. I've been bringing the kids and the dogs here for years for sports and play. There is a school next door and part of it belongs to them so it is best in the evenings, on the weekends or holidays

Clean, simple, easy access in/out cement path (inc direct from street parking) with a few fixed/metal picnic tables. No restroom, except port-a-potty in distance at adjacent elementary school--where there is a bigger kid playground and plenty of blacktop and big backstop wall.

The play structure is well maintained. The swings are kept in working order and there's plenty of bark chips on the ground. There's two picnic tables, a water fountain that works well, two garbage bins, and a bbq. About 25 yards from the picnic area is a group of large oak trees that provide a lot of shade. Further out is a soccer field. Watch your step as geese are common in the grassy area.

This is a very clean park. Minus one star as there are no public bathrooms.
