I’m going to be honest I had a bad experience the worst I ever had! I went inside on Easter,Sunday to ask for a stove and I ended up buying a stove it was small I seen it for $350 but they ended up selling it for $800 dollars at the end when I wanted to return the same day they acted like if it was my fault that I didn’t want it anymore. Don’t ever go here unless you want to get ripped off.

I wouldn’t recommend this furniture store! No help rude customer services.High interest fees for poor quality wood furniture.

I bought a dining table 5 months ago and it's already peeling. I contacted the store and told me to send a txt with pictures and they will review it and call me back. After 2 weeks I called back the lady I spoke to reviewed and told me I didn't buy a warranty so they had to send it to the manufacture so they can review it. After 2 weeks more I called again and they said they can't fix it because it's the chemicals I'm using to clean it with. First of all new things should have a warranty and they didn't respect that, two it's been 5 months I bought it meaning the paint on the table is not a good quality to be peeling 3 months later!, and three they don't even know what products I use to clean my table with. I have bought a bedroom from another furniture store 5 years ago and it's still intact!, this table 3 months later is peeling??. The table is not a 200 dollar table it was like 1,100!. I was not asking for a new table all I wanted was for them to fix it and add a good quality paint to the table so it can last me. I don't put keys, wallets, or boxes on the table for the paint to be peeling.

Poor Customer Service!!! Bought Sofas Today Cash!!..from store in HP Picked them up 20 min away. Only to bring home and Open to find out they gave me the wrong Color..and All they Said to Correct the Mistake. was that I would Have to Wait till Next Delivery Available..Fu....BS..This Place Sucks!!.Never Again!!

Not to be rude, but when I went with my mother to perchase a washing machine the lady assisting us kept starring at my husband not only that. She kept smiling at him and charged my mother 200$ for her own benefit and told us if we wanted to make a payment cash we could come in to their finance station and pay up front. No one ever told me I had to call synchrony bank to make a payment or “100$.” When I called synchrony bank because I had 2 weeks trying to pay to not ruin my credit they told me it was only 32$ a month, not “100$,” everything was confusing and customer service experience for us was unprofessional and poor.

I bought furniture here in mid -August. The furniture I got is good enough for me with the price I paid. I got a living room set ( sofa / loveseat) and a dinette set. Its faux leather and is good enough for me. I don't know much about the furniture but If you want to buy furniture, it's a good place to check out.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. These people only have good customer service with Hispanic people. I walk in, one of the salesperson approach me and my husband. She immediately tells me I need to apply to even see if I qualify for anything there (because I was black in Huntington Park). I tell her I want to at least see the merchandise to see if there is anything to my liking that is worth applying for, she insists that I need to apply to see anything. She sits me down and “pretends” like she put my info in the computer and tells me “well you don’t qualify”. I have good credit and a good job but she just didn’t want me to do business there so she said anything to run me off. She didn’t provide alternatives, she was perfectly fine with how she treated me and didn’t care that business was walking out the door. Her supervisors were sitting right there watched the whole interaction and didn’t even bother to chime in to defuse the situation. I went to the location because I always receive text talking about the good deals they have with a $40 down payment which is false advertisement because they only offer that to HISPANICS. Such a shame that I even had this experience at this place. The experience was so bad that I will never go in that area ever again because of that experience I believe they don’t like black people over there period also considering that there are none in that area which is why the first black persons they saw, they ran off. Crazy smh.

This store is the best place to shop at for your furniture and house appliances. We went to Best Buy and probably 2 other stores but ended up getting our new stove here. Mario Gonzalez gave us the best service there could be. He explained everything and made sure we were satisfied with our order. Took Care of shipping and we got a nice little gift. Thank You for you great service!
