Just attended clinic for 4th appointment in 5 months.
Only 6 weeks late this time after countless emails and calls many ignored or redirected (as in the case of other 2 appointments) only to be lost in a dysfunctional system operating under the excuse of just taken over .
Admit-it you are incapable of running this service.
