No one ever answers the phone. Seriously, at least 10 calls a day, throughout the day and No answer. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Sad to say. I'm looking for a new bank.

Horrible ATM services. If the ATM is actually working it’s a miracle. I have an issue with a ATM deposit. The bank found the error (the error was on there end) and it has taken more than 5 days to add the cash deposit to my account. SMH. What a joke.

Don’t open an account here. Terrible Service. Came in for help after I closed my account and staff was rude to me. Mid sentence banker just walked away because my issues were not Important enough to listen to and she just started talking with someone else. Rarely leave negative reviews. Would not bank at this location. They also don’t have small bills or change if you need small bills for laundry.

I had the pleasure of working with Frank Veach in the Queensbury office during extenuating circumstances of estate settlement and opening and closing accounts. Not only was he professional, polite and responsive - he actually cared about what he did and followed through consistently time and time again! In spite of being short on staff and dealing it was a pleasure to work with him!

Good bank but terrible hours. My local Glen Street branch is only open 9am to 4pm. I work a normal full time job 8am to 4:30pm so I'm only able to use the ATM to make deposits. Wish they were more avialble to people with full time jobs. I had to open a 2nd account with glens falls national in order to meet my banking needs. I'm considering closing out my account entirly for a bank that has better hours.

This is not a reflection of the staff as they’ve always been great to deal with when I’ve been able to get to the branch within business hours. The hours they keep are hard for anybody that works a 9 to 5 job during the week and if you want to use the ATM after hours to make a cash deposit, that feature has been down for months with their current ATM

CITIZENS BANK=THIEVES
Between holding my checks for a week because they didn't "approve it" and the COUNTLESS overdraft fees, this bank is a joke. They promise a 150$ sign on bonus if you use the certain promo code then find any way and I mean ANY WAY to not give you the money... I was even lied to by one of the managers stating that I wouldn't get a second overdraft fee because I was getting a direct deposit on Friday and I still got one. I called corp. and explained the situation very politely, they didn't even apologize and they certainly didn't refund me the 35 dollars. Needless to say I am canceling in the morning and taking my business to GF national.
