No one ever answers the phone. Seriously, at least 10 calls a day, throughout the day and No answer. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Sad to say. I'm looking for a new bank.

I like going there cuz it's nice and quiet plus I learned that they take in bottles in the inside and they give you a box of free bags and free tags for up to 10 nice place to go the food is great.

I think that all price choppers should be like this store, these stores are combined with price chopper and they should all be implemented like this store, clean better organized, I liked going here it is a great store.

Horrible ATM services. If the ATM is actually working it’s a miracle. I have an issue with a ATM deposit. The bank found the error (the error was on there end) and it has taken more than 5 days to add the cash deposit to my account. SMH. What a joke.

Well come to the realization that market 32 is full of bullies to people with disabilities. I brought my ESA because I have PTSD and it helps me cope because I also have social anxieties I fought for people with mental disabilities to have the esa for comfort however Price Chopper Market 32 is biased to us with disabilities they go against our rights to have an Esa for comfort in the stores best 4-month-old Esa is in training as well and to discriminate against me because of this dog is it get also against my rights and a violation of our constitutional rights so if you have an Esa I advise you not to go into these stores that's 3 market 32 that don't approve of ESA the fort edward store have also attacked us verbally over our ESA

Went to the deli and asked for a 1/2 pd of applewood smoked Turkey. A server named Bobbi K went above and beyond to cater to my needs. She is what makes customers happy. Market 32 do not lose this woman!💯👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

I've always loved Price Chopper but this review is specifically because my husband and I pulled a number at the deli counter, and then the screen never changed to our number and we felt almost ignored standing and waiting at the counter. We waited as long as we could because I stopped before picking kids up from school and after no acknowledgement I stomped off complaining to my husband. Jeremy I believe his name was heard us walking off, stopped us and got us what we needed with haste. He has no idea how grateful I am. I've had a rough couple of days and I don't have it in me to cook tonight. If I didn't get stuff for my sandwiches the kids were going to end up with fast food or pizza. Above and beyond! Thank you Jeremy!!

I wrote a review a couple of days before however it was never posted. I am disabled and I have @ times been conned by emails that said I won an item and all they needed was $5.00 for postage. I take full responsibility for my negligence. Berkshire @ Queensbury are aware of my disability and have always gone out of their way to assist me. Much to my dismay my husband woke me last week complaining of charges on our account mind you he loses his temper maybe twice per year so I knew he was upset. I was adamant that I did not make those charges. This was a Friday evening. I called customer service only to find out to my dismay that there were 5!!!!! Active debit cards instead of 2 . They never shut off the cards that were fraudulently used or lost. If i hadn’t called the customer service line that evening I would have never found out that 3 cards that were supposed to be closed were still active . So yeah they just kept on charging games etc.. on my acct. The customer service shut off the 3 extra cards. I am so disappointed with them. I hope to believe that perhaps they were new to the branch. I never received a update on removing the charges I did not validate so it may be time to find a new bank as much as it hurts me . Sincerely Stephanie Jensen

Bank froze my cashier's check, for no valid reason, and took multiple phone calls and branch visits, three separate scans of my license , and an affidavid signed to finally get it unfrozen. No joke. Bank showed no sense of urgency whatsoever to unfreeze my cashier's check, and the banker I was dealing with, Katrina, was unapologetic, rude, and even gossiped with another Key bank employee on the phone right in front of me. Took my money and went to a local community bank where they know how to treat customers.

Don’t open an account here. Terrible Service. Came in for help after I closed my account and staff was rude to me. Mid sentence banker just walked away because my issues were not Important enough to listen to and she just started talking with someone else. Rarely leave negative reviews. Would not bank at this location. They also don’t have small bills or change if you need small bills for laundry.

I was looking for gluten free lasagna noodles today, 12/30/23, and it appears they were sold out.
I asked an employee, Madison, who was stacking shelves if there is another area where the product could be found. Madison not only went looking, she came back with a package. Later I decided to buy two and when I found her again she was stacking the shelf with the same lasagna noodles. She was so sweet and went out of her way to help me. I didn’t have to go to several stores to find what I need for a dinner guest with special food requirements. Thank you again Madison.

I was shopping for the best auto loan rate and GMFCU popped up with the absolute lowest rate, lower than SEFCU (Broadview) who I have had my entire life. I walked in having never heard of them other than Google, and Taylor and the kind woman at the desk helped me set up an account, apply for an auto loan, and walk out with the approved, certified check all within an HOUR!!!! If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would. Taylor was so knowledgeable, courteous, prompt - she really aligns and builds strong rapport and trust with her clients. Quick and pleasant experience to say the least. Best I've ever had at a bank for any loan I've ever gotten; auto, mortgage, personal, this was the best. THANK YOU!!! I will be passing her business card on and call her for a loan today!!!! They are 1% lower than market!!

Why? Because falling out of your car to use the drive up is the way. I despise fee bank.

The people who work here are very nice, It isn't your fault I am two feet tall.

Cashing a check drawn on them cause I was driving by, 5 bucks to cash. I was like yeah that's fine, 20 -25 plus minutes in the drive through as there doing verifications etc, check was not large at all...I would've just went to my bank lol... Do not recommend based on this experience...

I’ve been at TCT for 5 years now and have been very happy banking with them. Any interaction I’ve had with them has been positive and they are very fast to help. Anytime there has been fraud with my account they call within a day or two and it only takes a few minutes to contact and sort everything out.

I had the pleasure of working with Frank Veach in the Queensbury office during extenuating circumstances of estate settlement and opening and closing accounts. Not only was he professional, polite and responsive - he actually cared about what he did and followed through consistently time and time again! Good bank but terrible hours. My local Glen Street branch is only open 9am to 4pm. I work a normal full time job 8am to 4:30pm so I'm only able to use the ATM to make deposits. Wish they were more avialble to people with full time jobs. I had to open a 2nd account with glens falls national in order to meet my banking needs. I'm considering closing out my account entirly for a bank that has better hours.

I just tried to call about some trouble with a purchase I'm making, and the person on the phone interrupted me just about every time I spoke, repeating herself over and over again, as if I hadn't just acknowledged, repeated, and explained my understanding of what she said, which she would then confirm I understood correctly, and interrupt me with the human equivalent of a copy/pasted response to any and all questions I had for clarification.

Get this, it doesn't just stop there, this person actually tried to lie to me! This person put me on hold, saying they would call the company I was purchasing from, and get back to me after. She told me that she called them and they told her what she was already telling me, but then said I needed to call and tell the company that I wanted to make the purchase myself.

There are two problems with the aforementioned point.

Firstly, the company isn't some small local business, and the company doesn't have a phone number you can call! I would know, I tried to look into it, and couldn't find any official or unofficial sources citing or providing a number for this big international company.

Secondly, she told me I would need to call the company myself to let them know that I wanted to go through with this purchase, which makes no sense because if she had spoken to anyone, she would have made them aware of that, which she didn't, because she couldn't. Not only that, but she tried to use the 'phone call' as an excuse to reinforce that the situation is as she described.

What kind of person goes out of their way to try to pretend to do something like that, just so they can come up with a lie that's so unbelievable, just to manipulate a customer?

This place is ridiculous. Would you trust someone that would lie to your face with your finances? I wouldn't.

I hope management looks into this, you can't have people employed at an institution that handles peoples' finances lying to them, that reflects poorly on everyone involved, and on your brand, and this employee clearly didn't care about the image of everyone around her that she'd impact.

We have had a wonderful experience with our TCT here in Queensbury. They have great workers and are friendly, respectful and take care of questions quickly and efficiently. We are pleased with Gretchen Amrock. She is been particularly helpful to us and we appreciate all her attention to detail and kindness.
We have been using TCT Queensbury for years. They have the best car loan rates around and great customer service.
Our experience with the Queensbury branch of TCT has shown the difference between a local Credit Union and a major brand Bank. The entire staff made us feel like we were talking to neighbors and not just an account number. Special Thank You to Paige and Stephanie.

This is not a reflection of the staff as they’ve always been great to deal with when I’ve been able to get to the branch within business hours. The hours they keep are hard for anybody that works a 9 to 5 job during the week and if you want to use the ATM after hours to make a cash deposit, that feature has been down for months with their current ATM

Over the last year I've frequented this bank on Saturdays. Each 4th week of the month I deposit my glens falls national drawn paycheck "as cash". I even go so far as to write "deposit as cash" with stars on either side of the deposit slip. 18 times my check, even at request has not been deposited as cash. Today I tried again to do the same thing. In the drive thru I waited my turn and sent my papers through their vacuum system. Awaiting a response from the teller I was surprised when all of the sudden a deposit slip had come back to me. I said to myself "wow no hello or welcome to gfn bank" through their extensive television/remote audio system. "Maybe they got it right this time?". Unfortunately they didn't read the deposit slip (written in all caps with stars on each end of the statement). I press the call button and wait. Press it again a few moments later and wait. After the 3 button press and customers behind me beeping their horns I decided to go inside to rectify the issue. The lady at the counter was very friendly and apologetic. This is what I encountered each time (albeit on the phone) when I had to get this fixed. The teller said they had new staff and would fix it. Unfortunately after she "fixed" my deposit I went to pay a bill that's due about 4-6hrs later in the evening and found that none of my accounts had been credited the original check that I deposited as cash IN THE DRIVE THRU AND IN PERSON!!.. To me this seems like an unnecessary, brainless mistake that despite my months of patience and extra phone calls/trips inside to fix a simple paycheck deposit error continues to consistently happen on the 3rd or 4th week of each month without fail. I will be leaving this bank and my multiple accounts if it happens again. (unfortunately for me I know it will)
TCT FCU in Queensbury has great products and the customer service by far is outstanding. Kat has helped our family acquire 4 loans over the last few years and we appreciate all the wonderful things she has made a reality for us. I've been a member at other credit unions in the past, but I will never be a member of any other one now. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication to our community.

What you don’t want is to deal with a bank that charges you 38 dollar fee for legit everything . If you use service like cashapp or Venmo your money doesn’t clear immediately and they charge you for that .
I just opened an account for the first time. Person helping me seemed to be very helpful and knowledgeable. However, I was very disappointed about the fact that none of the employees were wearing masks. I don’t care if you’re vaccinated or not… You should still be considerate to other people, and wear a mask. It made me very nervous being in there.
Gale was so helpful! Even with it being her first day at this location; she was so nice and friendly! I’m glad to have started a new bank account here.

This branch has issues cashed my paycheck there witch is drawn on TD Bank. Put some money in my checking account to cover bills.gotback some cash.pretty basic . not there they put a hold on the money I put in my account.Thank you I'll never use this branch again .

Atrocious bank to do business with. I have been a keybank customer for 6 years on a personal level. During that time I had minimal issues. However, once I established a business I chose to continue business with key. What a terrible mistake. Quite literally speaking, anything that could go wrong-has. They hire anyone with a pulse and throw them into management positions, with no background, education or common sense. Not too mention majority of their tellers are totally incompetent. I receive attitude from several on a regular basis. I have been short changed on 3 occasions, then denied refund of my own money. The "back office" is their go - to excuse / Iron curtain they utilize for blame anytime they make a mistake that costs the customer fee's associated with their own money. Do yourselves a favor and go elsewhere. I wouldn't reccomend them to my worst enemy. The only reason they get a single star review simply is from not having a choice of "No stars ". I am taking my business and personal accounts to NBT.

Excellent service! Friendly! Fast! Highly qualified and capable personnel! Service even related to complex trust issues that require legally binding actions. Service also relating to large-sum transfers to foreign banks. This is "hometown banking" at its very best. I make this statement on the basis of experience. Following bad industry trends, $5 fee to cash a check from their bank. Certainly makes one not want to accept checks at all.
Great credit union I’ve been a member since 2012, just recently I purchased a 2020 Sahara Wrangler all thanks to Kathryn Regan- Doane. I spoke with her asking every question imaginable she answered each one in great detail, she was also extremely kind and caring wanting to make sure I received the best deal possible. At 2:30pm I handed in my application by 3pm she called saying “I’m approved” it was such a quick turn around time I couldn’t believe how fast she was at getting this accomplished especially being on a Friday evening by Saturday at 9am I got my check.
Kathryn is a huge asset to TCT and genuinely cares about each member while going the extra mile. Because of her I will be doing more banking here in the future.

I try to be positive and give chances as we all Have tough days once in a while, however this is the worst banking experience I have ever had. It’s not only waiting for almost an hour in drive thru but also not getting job done. During last 9 months I don’t recall one good experience with branch, except when I was opening my account which I have to wait for approximately 30 minutes before an employee approached to talk to me. It’s sad to write such negative review but I want share my many bad experiences with this bank/branch. The new Manager is of no help at all; the previous manager asked me for paperwork which was the last step to take care of my task, the next week I went there, they told me he got transferred. The new manager had no clue about what I was talking, I have to show texts and emails to believe. Then he said oh yeah, sorry that request was rejected.

Never ever use the ATM...had problems before but now I’ve really learned my lesson. I use the ATM services because it is hard to get into the bank during their hours.They don’t control their ATM themselves, it’s a third party. My money AND card was taken by ATM. I had to wait 4 days for the ATM to just be counted to verify my money was taken... THEN you’re told to wait another 3-10 business days for it to go into your account. Everyone I spoke to was so nonchalant about it, when it was a large amount. Use any other bank you can, they also charge random maintenance fees to your account.

I've never had an issue with this bank. In fact, it's the only bank that hasn't given me any issues. I've had it since 2014. When they told me it was hassle free, it's stayed that way. Not like other Banks that change things on you after a year because they can, which end up costing you fees just to have an account, or that suddenly charge because you don't make their minimum amount. I hope to never have to find another bank again.

I continue to have difficulty banking at the Queensbury location, everytime I go it's something new! The inconsistent requirements from the different tellers is extremely frustrating (as well as the unprofessional conduct and attitudes of some). For heavens sake I'm just trying to make DEPOSITS into my accounts. After jumping through hoops to make a deposit on the 2nd trip to the window I was told of a new "policy" that they will no longer accept check made out to cash, what!! On my last deposit trip there were no deposit tickets. Now I'm told they are making an effort to conserve paper. As a customer it seems to me notification of these policy changes should take place rather than a new surprise each month. I've had enough, talk about making what's supposed to be an easy task difficult. I'm now aggravated at the thought of going there each month. Planning to move all of my accounts.
Drive all the way over at 8am to open a bank account as they said they were open and the only thing open was the drive up. Well they lost my business.

Just called the local branch on Quaker Rd to have copies of my fathers estate bank statements copied. I was told to come in with all of my documents before they could print the statements. I expressed to save time, can’t we just have them printed ahead of time. Mr Scanlan said no we can’t. I proceeded to ask to speak with a manager. Mr Scanlan decided to inform me I’m the manager. He said he’s been a manager for ten years. I mentioned it has been previously been printed before my arrival. Mr. Kaufman was the manager I dealt with two years ago. He knew customer service and had compassion. I’m surprised Mr. Scanlan is still a manager. Horrible customer service skills and absolutely rude! Would NEVER RECOMMEND this branch.

Between holding my checks for a week because they didn't "approve it" and the COUNTLESS overdraft fees, this bank is a joke. They promise a 150$ sign on bonus if you use the certain promo code then find any way and I mean ANY WAY to not give you the money... I was even lied to by one of the managers stating that I wouldn't get a second overdraft fee because I was getting a direct deposit on Friday and I still got one. I called corp. and explained the situation very politely, they didn't even apologize and they certainly didn't refund me the 35 dollars. Needless to say I am canceling in the morning and taking my business to GF national.

This financial institution failed to protect my confidentiality by openly rendering my personal banking info to a girlfriend and does not think anything is wrong with this, I closed out my account.

Their ATM is very often not working especially on a Friday night when you'd like to withdraw some of your money to go out to eat. This past Friday 4/1/2016 not only did the drive trough ATM didn't work but when I tried to get into the inside one the doors would not open. I then called customer service to let them know of the problem and I was on hold for over 20 minutes until I finally had to hang up.
I am not a fan of banks so I can't believe I'm writing a positive review.
I had had enough of TDBank and their lack of customer service or even caring.
Adirondack Tust opened a new branch near my house and I went inside to check it out.
That was three years ago and I am still with them. The one word that stands out to me is "class".
