Every time I called, Olga would make sure that my message have been received or at least it reaches the person to which I have been trying to contact. Such a kind lady, because of whom applicants like us will never hesitate to make a call to this institution when in any confusion. She mentioned to me that she works at the reception, and despite dealing with so many different types of calls the entire day, she made sure that I was at least being helped in some way.
