West Woods Golf Club

West woods definitely is a good local course, they take care of it and it's got great views of the foothills.
Unfortunately they seem to be increasing the green fees every year without adding value anywhere else. Fairly certain they've had these carts for about 20 years which don't have GPS or ball/club washers. In fact, no ball/club washers anywhere on the course.
Realistically a 3.5 but it gets a 4 because of the clubhouse upgrades and kitchen.
Long story short, great little course that's about 25% overpriced,

Golf was good. Sat on patio after playing to eat/drink. Wait staff kept walking by but no effort to interact or take an order. We got up and left

Tracy, Tracy, Tracy!! Our very first friendly and reoccurring face we met in Arvada. She was there through our home search, inspection, purchase and moving. Always an upbeat friendly face to change all the bad attitudes WE/Me all may get throughout the grind of our everyday lives. She is always there with a pick me up infectious attitude. After a long day behind a computer screen or managing people she is ALWAYS there for a fun spirited conversation and contagious laugh. A perfect way to the end of our daily life stressors. Sorry Tracy, you should be paid as both a physiologist and a bartender. Thank you for the amazing experience everytime we come in.

Our family ate dinner in the bar last Friday evening. Despite the bar being very busy, Tracy and Laurel provided excellent service with a smile. Great team!

We went for happy hour with friends and the service from Tracy and Laurel was amazing! Personable, fun and on top of their game! I’m always disappointed when they are not working..no one else there can top their service or personality.

Easter brunch was a treat. They offered a one page menu that had something for everyone. Very special entrées and warm cinnamon rolls for each of us. The service was outstanding. The regular menu is also excellent, and the dining area is comfortable.

Had dinner with the family last night. (3/30). Ate outside to watch my son hit practice balls on the range. Although the outside seating was not "open", the bar staff took our food and drink orders and brought the food out to us in "to go" boxes. They even turned on the large fire pit, upon request, to make it more comfortable because it was a little chilly. Can't say enough about the bar staff's friendliness and effort to accommodate us, even though the indoor dining was really busy. This is our home golf course. We are blessed to live so close to a beautiful course and great people. Thank you Westwoods!
