Visited after a very early start to see the Cathedral before the crowds.

We were greeted with a warm hello and were overwhelmed at the amount of gorgeous pastries in front of us.

We couldn't decide so we ordered two each and two coffees, one iced and one hot.

Everything was laid out on the bar for as us at the front of the shop and we enjoyed our breakfast. All this was only €8.90 and it was all fresh and delicious.

Highly recommended.

The pastries were absolutely amazing. Very reasonable prices and variety of everything. Place for coffee and something sweet.

The pastry here is so delicious, with a lovely creamy and nutty flavour. The price is cheaper than it should be too! It would be very easy to come to this shop every day.

Via Ottaviano. One of the most famous street in the world, passed the shop a few times for a past few days looking at their sweet hearted window and Christmas cake s each day.Cakes are masterpieces.
I visited the Parenti on 22nd of Dec then people were absolutely kind and attentive.
They take deep care of tourists as well as everyday guests which impressed me
most.
I had cafelate then three small cutie biscuits for breakfast was a way delicious.
Hope to visit you sometime later soon.

Every visit to Rome isn’t complete without a breakfast stop at this charming bakery near the Vatican. Their location is perfect for fueling up before exploring the city. The highlight for me is their traditional maritozzi - an absolute delight with its sweet, creamy filling. And the coffee? Simply superb. It’s a ritual for me to start my Roman adventures here, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic Italian bakery experience.
