Aslan Brewing Seattle

Excellent beer, friendly service, and a variety of seating. Mostly came here because we wanted to have local tide and have a beer while we waited. The beer was worth it by itself but local tide was also the best food I had during my entire trip to Seattle which included a very well-regarded seafood restaurant. Also in a fun neighborhood. Definitely a must for anyone in Seattle or visiting.

Aslan is such a fun vibe! You can work here, meet friends, or simply enjoy a great solo beer. The service is great and their selection goes beyond just craft beers. As a wine boo, I like to hang out here for whatever I'm sipping—even hop water. 10/10 will always come back!

The shrimp toast was soaked in oil along with the salt and pepper fries .
Plus the wait to get your food is too long.
Overall an okay experience . Will check out a different brewery next time.

We came here for a drink and a bite. We ended up ordering more drinks while waiting for two fish sandwiches, and after an hour and twenty minutes of following up on the food, we had to close out. We asked to close out our tab, and strike the food off our bill, as that length of time was not reasonable. This was noted down as us “changing our mind” on food. The bartender noted that the order went in an hour and twenty minutes prior and said “that’s a bummer. I understand”. While we know people can make mistakes, the lack of care or acknowledgement left us unhappy. The wine was delicious, and bar service generally great. This was a disappointing experience for a place we have enjoyed before.

Dunkel was superb. Tried a standard IPA and the West Coast IPA that were on tap and they were both great. Properly bitter like an IPA should be. Thank you to the brewer for not making weak sauce IPAs. I wasn’t a huge fan of the two Hazy IPAs, so if you don’t like bitter, those beers might be your speed.

There was a massive line out the door of Local Tide, so it felt like a cheat code to come into Aslan and be able to immediately order and sit. The beer and food were incredible, and the service was top notch.

Good beer. Good vibes. Beautiful decor and walls.

Smash burger is just the right size to not feel super full after having a few beers. I would recommend both the burger and their home-made chips.

Parking here is a bit tricky but you can always find a spot next to the chocolate factory.
