Facts:
● Needs to improve office organization . I was charged the wrong card even when I provided my card info.
● Lack of punctuality by Salvador, my appointment was delayed 10 min because he was attending another client and he never acknowledged it.
( only over the phone, once I brought it up to his attention).
● I like a therapist who asks follow up questions , so you know he's trying to understand you and the situation. Unfortunatly , it doesn't happen with Salvador. Then he gives feedback with lack of information .

Sal is amazing! Very helpful, insightful, patient, and accessible. He was accommodating with his time and recommended some practical tips, but more importantly, having him to talk to and listen really helped me through a tough time. I cannot thank or recommend him enough!

I have been going to the center for the past two months. My counselor Sal is very flexible with my work schedule and understanding. A great counselor to talk to.
