I would give them a zero star if I could do that .
I rented a room for 3 nights and once I arrived they checked me in and collected the money . Once the transaction was done , they let me know that the heat is broken in the entire building and my booking is also non refundable !
When I went to the room, I found the air conditioner broken , missing parts from the front shield and it continously below icy freezing weather into the room ! I tried to talk with the front desk , I spoke with Rachel and she just looked at me and said there is nothing that they can do . They cannot fix it or change my room or they cannot refund me . I asked if someone can at least come and check to make sure it is safe and I was told they do not have anything available. I absolutely follow with a lawsuit
