Chose to give this store a chance as I’ve been here before and service has been good. I live in the neighborhood down the street and the wait for the cedar location was 1+ hour. Got to the store at 10 to get in and out quick. Waited til 10:30 to find no one was there to open the store. Hours listed as open at 10am. Very disappointing. Went to cedar location after

I told Andrew what I wanted and he was able to do exactly that (perfectly shaped Afro). He made me feel welcome, treated me with respect and offered additional services that were included my price package, which I was unable to do given time constraints . Friendly environment, clean and very professional hair stylist.

showed the stylist (kendra) two pictures and explained ‘do this but you can go slightly shorter.’ and end result didn’t look like either photo. design was barely there. i had to tell her stop cutting that’s enough off the top. unhappy with the lack of listening to the customer. it was clear she didn’t take into consideration what the customer wanted and clearly did what the stylist preferred then seemed shocked when a tip wasn’t given. first time here- won’t be returning.

Just stopped in for a haircut and received wonderful attention from Julie. Had a great experience and will be back!!

Both of my boys insist on getting haircuts here! They do an excellent job with the cuts and they are really patient with my squirrely 5 year old!

This place is a very unprofessional company owned by Team Wildcat. My wife ran this store and was awarded the Presidential Circle four years ago. She gave her two-week notice due to the current ownership and manager running a dysfunctional business. They terminated her. They do not value customers or stylists. Amy is the best in the industry. After ten years of service, we look forward to not being part of this toxic company.. this is the fourth owner of Apple Valley in 10 years, and he has no Authentication to be the owner of a franchise.

Absolutely phenomenal experience. Felicia B was amazing and probably the best stylist I've ever had. It's a great location, great staff, quality products and quality styling. I have absolutely no complaints about this place. I always have a great time when I'm here.
