Great place to live In Davao City. The subdivision Road is very wide and very quiet place to be. The beach is just a few meters from the clubhouse and for home owners to enjoy. The location is only 24mins away from Poblacion Davao. Perfect place to live if you Love the outdoor and the sea. The Clubhouse is also very good with high ceiling and they have swimming Pool and kids Play area perfect for family with Young kids. The washroom is clean though needs updating. The guards are very vigilant But also respectful with visitors.
