I came on Friday 23/2/2024 at 4 pm . There is a young guy Worst customer service I ever seen. I asked him to make me as a member and he answered it's you don't need to be became a member here
he was very rude talking to me

Rude customer service , he ruined my day
The guy was very racist and made me feel very bad..

Very rude staff. Sold expired beer bottles and refused to replace them within 15mins of purchase.

This store oxenford branch sales expired alcohol please do not buying from them. They should be reported to authorities for selling expired products over counter.

This most worst way to make money by selling expired alcohol to public.

Helpful staff with good product knowledge. Decent range but no Dan Murphy’s. Convenient location if you’re looking for an old faithful.

One of the staff members appears to be very rude - no greeting, no ‘ thank you’ , yawning as the customer is paying at the counter. Very disappointing. Don’t recommend to go there at all.

I regularly purchase my alcohol from this store on the weekends, however I simply must acknowledge that my experience has hugely improved since I came into contact with one of the employees BEN.
This gentleman , though only young, exceeds the knowledge & expertise of any other I have been served by in the industry anywhere !!!
This guy has experience beyond his years & management should give him recognition for his impeccable service to their customers.

Very happy as they're independent and carry some of my favourite craft beers like Madocke and others.

Manager on duty was friendly and beyond helpful.
