I'm a bit confused about the other reviews. I have been in here a couple of times browsing then bought some ale last week. On every occasion the staff have always been nothing but kind and polite, especially the young woman (LK) who served me last week. Even though ale wasn't her thing (which is fine), she was so friendly, polite, and engaging, it was a real joy to meet her. Their prices are also significantly cheaper than other off-licenses in the area. Would highly recommend this shop; they carry a wide range of Australian ales too!

Horrible customer service ,not returning here

Disgusting customer service, some people shouldn’t be in customer service at all , was treated well by 2 employees and the guy at the counter who I’m guessing is the owner was shocking , they could clearly see I was disabled and couldn’t go out of there way to ask if I need a plastic bag I have 1 arm with no feeling at all from a severe injury which is wrapped up in bandages and a cast so they could clearly see I cannot use that arm, yet when I ask for a plastic bag

he comments ‘that’s 10cents and you can’t pay that on card ‘
Lucky I had 10 cents and I gave him 20 Cents and said keep the change ‘

To then he places the bag on the counter and doesn’t put the bottles on the bag , so there I am trying to put 2 bottles in the bag which took some time. Felt very dehumanising, but Thankyou I hope you feel better about yourself, I will never shop there again and neither my family who have shopped there for some time . Be better !
