Great for the weekly shop. All that you need to get the family business done.

Nice shopping centre, has the Big 3 supermarkets and a great assortment of other retailers.

Great place for fresh salads, chicken, chips, and meal deals. 😋

We regularly visit Mermaid Waters Shopping Village to eat at the always excellent Easy House Vegan however yesterday was the first time with a family member who uses a wheelchair. This review relates to the Shopping Village and not the restaurant.
When I arrived I couldn't locate any disabled parking spaces and the walkway was only accessible via the Markeri St footpath. By the time we left the restaurant the outdoor seating had completely obstructed the walkway and there was no choice but to assist our family member (who has hemiplegia from a stroke) to stand and walk down two steps to the car park area to get access to my car. I had just witnessed another family assist a frail elderly person, who was walking with a mobility aid, up these steps. Both of these scenarios were extremely risky - to the individual with mobility issues, to their carers, and also to the venue which could be liable should someone sustain an injury on their premises.
It is 2022. Public venues should be doing better than this.

We had the best vegetarian Chinese dinner ever. The staff were so attentive to our every needs. Will definitely visit Easy Eat again. Love it.

My favourite asian vegetarian restaurant, I love love love the xo noodles, I always go with my mum who is a vegan who doesn't eat onion or garlic either, but I'm not & I still love all the food, very chilled atmosphere, very friendly staff, a touch pricey but well worth it, service very quick, we always go for lunch, easy parking right outside the door, always very happy when I go

Great place for lunch & dinner. Fantastic customer service, as always. Delicious food & good serving sizes. Highly recommended for vegans & non-vegans alike cos the food is simply that good.

The shopping centre has recently got renovated, the new rest rooms are much better than the old ones, but they are located at the new building. The shops are basically the same, but the signage for individual shops are much worse than before. Overall it is still not very wheel-chair friendly. I go there because there is a restaurant serving beautiful vegan yum cha dishes.
