One of my favorite parks to visit every year. I have many people from my hometown who live there during the winter.
I just called and was told that it's just over a hundred dollars for maintenance fees there is no lot fee you own your own mobile home and the lot is parked on. But there's no available homes out of the four hundred there they are all occupied ☹️
Nice park went here for a dance, unfortunately I couldn't dance with crutches but I could drink n listen to the music which was awesome.They played the week before at Scottish Traveler's park, helps to know people at multiple park's. The band's name was Brian Knox still Rocking.
I’ve visited this park the past 5 years. The homes are very well kept, friendly people and a great pool. Loved it so much I just purchased a home. The transaction was handled by the park and it was a breeze and amazingly affordable! Love this place!
Nice place. Very well kept. Quiet and clean. Great looking pool and a beautiful lake.
Lots of poverty stricken people and the manager is not friendly and picks favorite's as to whom can have trash in their car port and who cannot. Very run down now it's getting much worse. 2yrs ago the place was actually a cute Mobile Home Park now I call it an official Trailer Park
I've lived here for 7 years now love it and the people ,alot to do here
