“End of an icon”

Greens are 3/4 of there original size, major drainage problems on every hole, place was a ghost town. Shame to see such an iconic course in such rundown condition, not worth the premium green fees. Would not be surprised if the land is developed into housing.

Very soggy ground the day we played, course looks great. The restaurant is very ordinary and all the building need a lot of tender loving care, showing their age.

This course has the layout of a premium ($150) course , and the condition/maintenance of a community public ($45) course.
Course layout is great! It’s narrow, winding, and really forces you think about where you want to place your tee shots!
The course needs to deal with its drainage issues. Bunkers are flooded, part of fairway is flooded, and the grounds crew can at least blow away the leaves on the fairway.
I look forward to play this course again when the condition is better.

Man, what an awesome design and layout. I LOVED IT.
Some super holes, couple of really stunning ones.
A challenging design for a mid handicap.
Do I layup or do I go for it?

The greens are very small, so very tight targets, if chipping from the sides, the narrow greens are challenging.

This is my new favourite course.

My favourite track & course layout phenomenal.
Variety on all holes.
Just wish staff would be up front with course conditions ie carts on paths prior to booking!

You would think they’d remove the leaves off the greens every morning? Nope, very hard to read them with so many leaves. It is well designed and the fairways were decent, but other than that the course is not well maintained. For $100 it isn’t worth it - go to the Glades or Palm Meadows instead.

Course was in great shape, a little waterlogged in places after 30,50mm of rain overnight. Staff were warm and very knowledgeable and professional. It didn't bother me but partner for the day didn't like it that we didn't see a drinks cart on course. Frankly my game on the day required no further handicap from 3 or 4 White fish.

Great day, good value. Off to the Suoercars tomorrow.

This “could be” one of the best courses in the country but they need to invest in the course it’s starting to look tired and run down. The greens are dry and rough even after all the rain you’d expect this if we were in a drought.

It’s a good course but they need to spend some money.
