Hamilton Montessori School has been fantastic for my daughter! She's become more active, confident, and happy since joining. The staff is incredibly caring and attentive, creating a nurturing environment where she feels supported and excited to learn every day. I highly recommend this school to any parent looking for a place where their child can thrive.

Myself and my family engaged in a private tour on Tuesday of this week, and are so impressed by the school and staff. Huss was kind, informative and engaging with our toddler as he showed us the school and answered our (many!) questions. Ms Castillo was lovely and we observed sweet interactions between her and some students. We are waiting to hear back from the school now, in hopes to register for Fall 2025, and continue our wonderful experience!

So, I am not the person who usually writes bad reviews but something happened that really made me write this.
This school has one sales rep kind of person who takes you for a tour. I have met him twice. Both the times he made us feel that our kid is not capable enough and lacking basic skills. He looks at a 3 YO roaming around out of curiosity and he says she must know the school culture and how to follow instructions to get into the school. Then he questions how she never went to any daycares/schools earlier. And then he makes us feel bad why she is not potty trained yet, potty trained means completely like an adult is. Whenever I meet anyone they always appreciate my kid saying she is very active and intelligent. Without even interacting for a sec, this person didn't hesitate to judge a 3 YO. What kind of toxicity is growing here? Now I am really wondering if he is judging my kid on my face, what will happen behind us. I am sure I am going to do something more than just giving the review.

We have had an excellent experience at HMS over the past year with our son in the casa program. The nurturing and supportive environment provided by the staff has significantly contributed to his growth and development. His teachers are genuinely caring and have created a wonderful learning atmosphere. We are truly thankful for all they’ve done for him to help him adjust to being away from home. It’s been lovely to watch him learn so much as well. I would highly recommend HMS to family and friends.

HSM is an amazing place where my daughter learned a lot. The staff, teachers and administration are very professionals. The place is clean and safe. The Montessori Programs is an excellent option for development of our kids. I recommend this school 100%

We have had our toddler in Hamilton Montessori school since he was 17 months old in September and he just turned 2 and we are AMAZED at how much he has grown in his vocabulary, comprehension, independence since he has been attending. By 19 months he could confidently count to 10, and at 2 he can now count to 20 and has known his whole ABCs for a couple of months now. He recognizes numbers and letters when he sees them in books or on signs while we are out and it constantly blows my mind. The most important thing is, he looks forward to going every day and smiles and says "yay!" when I tell him that he gets to see Miss Juliana each day. That really puts my mom guilt at ease and I know he's in good hands.
The school is clean, bright, and updated and the administration staff have been a pleasure to deal with, and the toddler teachers are warm, kind, and really care about the kids. It is such a contrast to the (unnamed) daycare centre that we sent our older kids to years ago. I wish HMS was open back then and we could have sent them as well.

Hamilton Montessori School has been a wonderful experience for our daughter and our family. She has been enrolled in the toddler program, where she receives fantastic care, nutritious meals, and thoughtful, intentional activity planning from the kindest, most caring team of people. She LOVES being there, and speaks excitedly about her friends and teachers.
Though it is expensive, we view it as an investment in her future, building a foundation for her to continue to grow and learn on. The opportunities that she has had at HMS have expanded her vocabulary and motor skills at an astonishing rate. Her independence has grown quickly as the program fosters her ability to do every day tasks by herself. We’ve been consistently surprised and impressed by the things she is able accomplish on her own, though she is not even 2 years old! We are so grateful to have found such an enriching environment for her to attend each day.
I truly cannot say enough great things about the program itself and the wonderful team running it. They are fantastic and go above and beyond wherever possible, including sending home additional resources on handling big feelings, and even offering assistance on easing her transition to being a big sister when we had our second child (who we also plan on enrolling at HMS one day).
Big thanks to everyone at Hamilton Montessori School for all of the hard work and dedication that goes into providing such a positive environment for all of the students & toddlers in their care - we appreciate you all so much!

This is our family's first experience with child care and it has been excellent. My child has been in the Toddler class since they opened in Sept, and is currently transitioning into their Casa group. We have also already re-enrolled for next year.
My child loves going to school every day and has been thriving during her time there. She has hearing loss and the school coordinator, Lisby, along with her teachers have been endlessly supportive while we work on our family's communication goals. The school is very receptive to receiving support through the ASCY/Early Words program. Her teachers have even learned some ASL to help communicate with her better. They are also very supportive with potty training.
Daily updates are provided through a program called Transparent Classroom and pictures are uploaded semi-regularly. The teachers are able to leave notes for you, but I wish there was a way to send notes back to the teacher. That being said, I've always been able call the front office or email, and always get a reply. There is also a private instagram account for school wide announcements/updates. They also schedule regular guests at the school, like yoga classes and hands-on reptile handlers, with field trips at the older ages. Artwork is sent home pretty regularly too.
