I am absolutely outraged by the appalling treatment my daughter and I endured at this kids' dental clinic. The utter lack of care and assistance during our visit is beyond comprehension. I am utterly disappointed and furious. I will vehemently discourage anyone from ever considering this clinic. The front desk personnel were shockingly indifferent, engrossed in her phone without even acknowledging us. We waited for an excruciating 20-30 minutes without anyone attending to us. Even when I tried to get help from another employee, I was blatantly ignored, as if I were invisible. This clinic's disregard for customers, especially when dealing with children, is inexcusable. They should be ashamed and shut down for their deplorable behavior.

Dr. Ruby Agustin is a pedia dentist. She cares for kids. She does not rush. Clinic is very nice.

I did pasta to Mall of Asia Branch but suddenly it was remove very quick, so I need to do another session to other clinic, forsure I won't be back again 😣😣😣😣😣
