Not sure how long the fountain has been out of commission, but was disappointed when I showed up with my kids in their bathing suits on a hot summer day. :( We found some shopping and cooled off in the AC, but not nearly as fun as the fountain would have been.
Nice plaza with a cool vibe. I didn't get to explore it fully but the atmosphere was nice and it seemed like nice restaurants and shops.
So much history in this place
