Rude service!

The man actually said “i have no space for large parcels, i cant take it”
What’s the point of doing yodel service if you’re gonna reject customers. Omg the rudeness is unbelievable :(

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

They’re extremely rude.

I don’t know why they list themselves as a store for collection. This is the second time they have rejected a parcel. Once from ASOS (DPD) and now from John Lewis (Yodel).

They are utterly useless and should equally be refused as a courier partner.

AVOID. As other reviews have stated, pick somewhere else.

Probably one of the worst Londis in the area. Why do you join the Yodel scheme if you are not going to accept parcels? Reason is 'oh it is too big', you have a massive store and storage room and don't have room? Seriously, idiots. They turn customers away and also rude. I have made a complaint to Yodel now. You get a fee from Yodel for accepting parcels, you do not do this for free... If you are going to be rude and not accept parcels, then leave the Yodel network, idiots!

If you’re like me, you may have read the other reviews and thought, “Okay, so they are useless when it comes to sending parcels. But surely they are capable of receiving parcel deliveries for customer collection?”

Unfortunately not. I ordered an item via DHL to be delivered here. Received an email saying the parcel was refused. I’m now several days into back-and-forth emails with the seller trying to rearrange delivery to my own address.

To whoever is running this Londis: why claim to be a DHL Service Point if you’re not going to accept either inbound or outbound parcels? Nobody is making you offer this service. Just don’t bother! Give up!
