Said next day delivery, but didn't get it.

Whilst the name implies dog products their sign did say products for multiple animals, we just thought it may be a clever play on words for general pet goods. But with the lack of selection for anything other than a dog they may aswell just not bother. They had 1 cat scratching post which was £25, you can buy the same item on amazon for £10. It's a shame we don't have a dog as I would probably score it 5/5 for dog products and options, but for any other pet owner it's not for you

We visited today with our working dogs. Good opening times, fantastic selection, dog friendly and lovely staff. Awesome layout in store and lots of great healthy products. Really good for working and pet dogs. Heaps of parking available too.

There were three staff members in store that greeted us and wished us a good day. They were extremely polite and helpful. They also didn’t mind our 7 year old bouncing all the balls on the floor!

Great selection of premium food for most pets you can think of and the staff are always ready to help. Nice and clean new shop too.

Ordered a 5.4kg bag of Origen Original cat food. Quick and easy ordering. Delivered next day, and cheaper than most other places online (with free delivery over £35). It's nice to support a local family business so I'll be using them again.

They sent me a damaged bag of food with a huge hole in the bag and 700g of food missing (I weighed it when it arrived) I sent them pictures of the damaged bag and they completely denied any responsibility whatsoever and argued with me on the phone saying it wasn’t their problem basically! Definitely will not be purchasing from them again.
