Outstanding staff most times particularly the Scottish lady, one of the best employees they have . Unfortunately the shop is a Shambles on a Sunday . Most time Opens late, or for instance was closed at lunch time today between 12.30 and 1.30 absolutely a joke when your trying to put a.bet on at 1,00 race, complete joke. As I said not all bad but terrible on a Sundays
