ISG Airport Hotel

Terrible experience dealing with Reservation & Online Sales representative in advance of stay.

Requested that the hotel take delivery at reception of an item left at a prior hotel (an electric toothbrush) as we are only in Istanbul for a few hours before flying and repeatedly told “this is not related to our hotel”. Item is already in transit as we assumed this was a small ask so will sadly have to be left in Turkey.

After a few emails, the representative became rude and then stopped replying altogether. Completely unprofessional approach which has left us with a disappointing end to our time travelling in Turkey.

It is really practical if you have to wait between your flights. After check- in, you can use the metro which is just 20 meters far from the hotel, to go to the city center. The staff is very professional and the rooms are clean.

3min walking distance from the airport, the service is good! Check in can be done anytime, the breakfast was good (not included), but the price is a little increased taking the location and rooms into consideration. Still a nice place to stay the night after or before your travel

Great location as it’s pretty much attached to the airport and only a 5 min walk. Staff was not friendly whatsoever and actually somewhat rude. Overall the room served its purpose as a quick stop to to just rest in between flights. Based on the convenience of its location alone, I would definitely stay here again.

Place was tidy and clean, the room upon arrival was on the hot side (27 degrees Celsius) however the AC works, it's quiet (no noise from AC or planes)
The bed is really big, it's about
2.10 in length and 180 in width, also very comfortable.
I would have to say that given the price of the rooms the hotel could provide for toiletries like soaps, small shampoo and hair conditioner, instead there's a dispenser with a 2 in 1 concoction which I'm never a fan of as it doesn't do a good job for hair nor body.

The departures is quite literally 4 minutes walk from the hotel so it's very practical.

If you have an early departure and need to stay close to the airport then it's a no brainer

Very friendly staff. Good for long step over. It’s located very close to the airport, but if you have a big luggage or a baby like in my case, you can call the transfer from column number N2.

We stayed in a Deluxe Double - Special Class room, not sure whether this is any different from all the other rooms they have, but it was superb! The room was very spacious and clean. All the amenities worked very well. If you do not have many heavy luggage to lug, you can easily walk from the hotel to the terminal. Otherwise, they provide a free shuttle every 30 minutes. We took the shuttle at 06:00 am and reached the terminal within 3 minutes. The best place to stay near the airport. Check-in was fast and efficiently done too. Highly recommended!
