Worst hotel experience rude staff and 0 service took reservation money and refused to let me enter. Please go somewhere else where they will give you respect

Don’t book in this hotel, all the staff is not friendly, the room is very disgusting, very disappointed, only waste money

It's a dirty place, only for couples who want to rent a room for the night! Noisy with miserable sounds from the rooms! The fishy smell from rooms that are not cleaned is like the smell of dead fish😀😢. And the receptionist girls with rude faces. Behavior is worse than people with intellectual disabilities. They think they are the queen along with the waiters and it's frustrating not knowing who is running this building.

Only i can say whilewe staying this hotel is so disgusting disrespectful in most off all the receptionist is very non propessional behavior is embarrassing to attitude 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

One of the best hotels in Al Barsha except for Visiting rules they just implement couple days ago. Family and friends even tourist can't use their Passports to get into the Hotel and that's absurd and unacceptable

Everything is fine but the fact that they nolonger accept our friends without EMIRATES ID some of them are torists and they can’t have access to visit us at our place
I wish they just accepted passport because it’s just the same thing🤷🏻‍♂️

One of the best places I’ve stayed in everything is clean the Wi-Fi is fast I love it thank you so much Marisa for your help and marylin
