I was in town alone for work, and needed something to fill some downtime that didn’t involve a certain mouse or his kingdom. I decided to rent a Yamaha MT-07 and ride from Orlando to Daytona. I booked online the night before and paid in advance.
When I arrived, Lora had the bike ready to go and the entire checkout process took about 10 minutes. I did opt to upgrade my helmet to full face and take the better insurance package. I also did the Toll package… if you know central FL, you know $5 is worth it.
Lora had some great recommendations for routes and points of interest and did a thorough walkthrough of the bike’s features, and I was off.
Returning the bike was just as painless — literally just parked it where they said and handed the keys to the employee at the desk. Signed all paperwork on both ends electronically.
Overall, a great experience from beginning to end. I will rent from them next time I’m in Orlando, and will certainly try other EagleRider locations in my other destinations as well.

The motorcycle I rented was well maintained. The manager Lora was very helpful getting me and the bike prepared before setting off.
However, those who are planning to book a bike in advance should be aware that you could end up paying much more than if you had made a last-minute booking. I ended up paying over 50% more when I booked a month ahead, compared to if I had just walked in. It seems like the website calculates the price based on demand on the day of payment, not the demand on the days when you're renting. Imagine being charged a peak season surcharge because it is peak season when you booked, not at the time when you collected the bike!
Also be aware of their refund policy - no cash refunds ever, only store credit if you cancel over a month in advance. So basically once you confirm, you can't cancel and rebook if the price falls afterwards. Many hotels nowadays have way more flexible cancellation policies than this. Thus, be very sure before putting in your money.

Myself and some family rented three Harleys here in February. Everything went smoothly with pick-up and drop-off, and the employees were great to talk to while we were there. The bikes ran great as well. This was my second time renting from EagleRider, first time at this location, and I would absolutely rent here again!
The selection of bikes is amazing. The staff are super friendly and very knowledgeable. Join the club, it's more than worth it. Checking in and out is a breeze. I had a lot of fun. 100% satisfied customer.

Excellent welcome from Lora in Orlando. During the flat tire on the highway, the towing number in 800 did not work with my French mobile phone. Lora relayed from Orlando. Great ! Motorcycle swap in Panama Beach in the morning in front of the hotel. I appreciated. Many thanks to Edgar.
Laura helped us both times we rented from the Orlando location and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. She explained everything to us, was super sweet and keeps us coming back. So much so that we ended ip buying a bike from this location and still rent from her. Thank you Laura!
