Finns Restaurant

We ordered chicken nachos to eat by the pool. They were awful. The chicken was clearly canned and hadn’t been drained at all. This created a pool at the bottom of the nachos and soaked all the chips. It wasn’t even edible. We threw it out. We also ordered tuna poke which was not the best. Had a couple decent/unremarkable pina coladas as well. Overall, it was a disappointing way to spend $80.

While staying at Encore we decided to eat at Finns and try it out. When we arrived there were only 2 other tables with customers. After ordering we sat for an hour before we even received our food and were told they only had two cooks and that was the reason it took so long. The manager came to our table but didn't act like he was happy about it-ask if we got everything-which we did - so we said yes and before we could say anything else he said good and walked off. I would never go back if I were to stay at Encore again.

The service was poor, and food orders were incorrect after waiting for food for almost an hour. The drinks were delicious, but it took a while for the server to bring the drinks.

The burgers and salads were great. The place was a little dead which surprised us because the food was so good!

Parking was confusing they could do a better job marking where you can park.

Went there to eat with family of 4. Very surprise,found it online and it’s located in gated community.I am gluten and lactose sensitive and ordered tacos and it was delicious!my family all have had burgers and were very happy with their order. Very nice stuff, food came fast, reasonable prices .I would recommend !

We went there on the last day of our stay at the resort in Florida and we went to the Finns for supper. We were received by Malcolm, a very nice young man. We had various meals and everyone was very happy with what they had. I highly recommend this place.

We sat down at 6. Off the top the waiter says they're all out of wings. 15 mins after all 6 have made their order the manager comes out to tell us there's no hamburger and he'll take our order then disappears. That's 2 out of 6 that don't have meals on the way. We had to flag down someone to retake our 2 orders by this time everyone else's meal is coming out. In the meantime we were comped chicken nachos that tasted like the chicken came out the can and finally received what's pictured and that's how I gave it right back to them. The manager offered to comp something else. Cool, I ordered the cast iron cookie and that took so long I told the waiter to scratch it and bring the bill. Needless to say, I'll pull my belt tighter if I'm hungry before I'll eat there again.
