Humbertown Village Spa

Exceptional place, amazing customer service as soon as you walk through the door. Very clean and relaxing. If you're looking to get any facial treatments ask for Amanda, she's a godsend! I do not know what I would do if she ever left there. Highly recommend for a relaxing morning, or afternoon!

Every experience from waxing to massages I have had at Humbertown Village Spa have been amazing! I have seen a number of esthetician's and they have all been absolutely great. The ladies at the front desk are so easy to deal with and accommodating, specifically I would like to highlight Shavawn. Every time I call or walk into the spa she instantly makes me feel a warm welcome and knows exactly who I am. She always has a smile on her face and provides the perfect experience! I would highly recommend Humbertown Spa to anyone who may need any of these services, they are an amazing team of people!

They were extremely rude when I called them to inquire about their services. Very demeaning and adversarial. Also, beware--the doctor that administers Botox here is not a plastic surgeon or dermatologist. He's an ER doctor! That's super sketchy imo. Won't be paying them a visit.

I got a mani - pedi here and it felt like more of a spa experience than a regular nail appointment. The technicians were very nice and sociable and they gave really good mini massages to my hands and feet. They don't use any harsh chemicals or do fake nails.

I did feel like my technician wasn't really listening well to me. I wanted shellac for my hands but she wasn't really paying attention and did regular nail polish, but it ended up costing the same. The other technician nicked my friend's cuticle and caused bleeding.

That being said, I liked that the place was very clean, used quality scrubs, lotions, and products. However, at the end of the day, the nail polishes are similar to other salons and for how expensive and simple this mani-pedi was, I don't feel like it was worth it. My nails lasted me 3 days before they chipped and cost $110 before tax + tip.

So happy to have found this wonderful full service spa! The team is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and takes the time to listen and pick the best product or service to meet my needs. My skin has scarring and large pores and with the teams amazing products and custom facials I have noticeable improved skin, I have been using their services now for almost 2 years. Natalie who does my facials is an absolute gem, she is honest and realistic with expectations, and exceptional at her job. She works within my budget to pair me with the right product to meet my needs. This spa has great products to choose from, they are not cheap but they are great quality, and have helped my skin so much! I also have received massages with their registered RMT's they are all awesome!
The spa is clean, well kept, has a pleasant and calming atmosphere and parking is free and always available in the shopping plaza. The management and reception staff are all pleasant, patient and welcoming, they add to a positive experience. Great team, great spa and I look forward to being a customer for many years to come!
