Beautiful place and friendly staff!Our loved one seemed very happy there and well taken care of by the staff.

Everyone was kind and welcoming at Charter Senior Living in Hopkinsville KY. From Stephanie at the front desk, to Ashton and Kelly, my mother and I felt special and I knew that mom would be well cared for. What a beautiful place! (It’s nicer than mom’s own home 😉)
Mom will sign on the dotted line next week and join the community there, and her kids will rest well knowing she’s happy in her new home. Can’t say enough! Thank you.

I absolutely enjoyed every moment there. The people are absolutely amazing angels and the food wasn't bad either. I hope you all would have me back on a more permanent basis.

My mom has been a resident there for over a year. The staff is so kind and the facilities are new and well kept. Lots of activities that she enjoys! She says if she can’t be at her home this is the place to be!

Let me start off with the compliment. The facility is very clean, beautifully decorated, and the staff that I have may have been very friendly. However, I had dinner with my mother on December 2. It was a cheeseburger and some some fries. Not only was my food cold but everybody at the tables food was cold, including the lady that was having soup. this is not the first time I’ve had to complain about the dinner being in adequate.

How wonderful when caregivers know the family and show that they care, when nurses observe and provide information to assist the family and when open lines of communication allow your family and your love one a secure, active environment to learn and to grow. Thank you for trying new techniques, schedules and plans that benefit all residents.

Just moved my mom into Charter Senior Living in Hopkinsville Ky. Facility is very nice and staff friendly.
