Scheduled an appt last year- called to confirm my appt bc I haven’t heard anything and they told me that provider left last June and I will have to get a new referral and the soonest they can schedule is April next year.

Traffic in the area is awful. Definitely use Valet Parking. The cost is moderate but worth every penny

My brother scheduled 3 appointments for one day because of how far we have to drove to get to the appointments. His first appointment was at 130pm. To speak to a surgeon. The surgeons assistant came into the room at 230. Then brought the surgeon at 255. His next appointment which was a cat scan was set up for 3pm. They said they would call down ant let them know that he was late because of them taking too long. We made it to the appointment at 310pm. It is now 445pm and he is in the waiting room yet to be scanned. They took him back at 330. I have seen people come in, register at the desk, go back, be scanned and leave since I have been sitting here. In the same waiting area. If you can help not coming here I would definitely advise it. Patience is a virtue but this is ridiculous. We still have another appointment to do within this same building today yet.

I praise my latest General Practice doctor and her Nurse / Secretary. Great communication skills. That's what you really want at your front line.

Perlmann has wonderful history with my family sadly we can and have been assigned to physician who is not that available. MY advice is if that happens to you change Dr's. We have and will when needed
Parking is excellent and Dr's are easier to get appointments with than geisinger.
Plus if you can drive in luzerne County philly is a breeze
Perelman continues to undergo growing pains with frequent staff movements such as CRNP STAFF who float to doctors so if you don't get to see your doctor you see someone who has never seen you
NOT GOOD FOR CONTINUITY OF CARE IN CANCER METASTASIS.
Luckily MD Anderson and Sloan Kettering and UPMC are making their presence known not far away

I regularly visit this location to see my cardiologist. It’s a beautiful building with beautiful people around. Parking is a problem here, but I normally park at 3600 civic center boulevard and take the shuttle service to get here. For me this is very convenient and parking is $5 or free of cost sometimes. The best doctors in the region are attending the outpatient department and all the latest medical technology and equipment are available here. I can trust this practice for my ❤️ health and for anything else! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Everyone one is so wonderful. Lots of spots to ask for directions or other information. Doctors take time to talk to you and explain the process. You don't feel rushed or like you are just a number. Things don't move as fast as we would like but everyone explains the process and they move as quick as they can. They are very organized and thorough. I am so happy we were referred here and can't imagine being treated anywhere else.
