I dealt with four members of staff this morning. Each of them was polite, helpful and friendly. This was also my experience on my previous visit. Thank you everybody.

Should be zero stars. Avoid this GP at all costs, so unprofessional. Lost test results and messed me about for 3 months to get an IUD. Cancelled my appointment twice within 2 weeks, once 2 hours before and again 20 minutes before! They are then inflexible when rescheduling. Doctors are often 20-30 minutes late for appointments, a joke really.

Excellent service with friendly helpful staff in the opthalmology department. Many thanks to Dr Constantine who explained things really well and was very reassuring at my husband's recent appointment

The actual GP I have been seeing here, Celia Moore, has been extremely helpful with getting my issues solved, or at least giving good advice and pushing things in the right direction. It is very difficult to get an appointment here though, as you often have to call them at 8 am on the dot several days in a row to even get a chance to getting through to someone in time for an appointment. The service itself is good once you get through to an actual practitioner, but the long waits and, sometimes unhelpful telephone staff, are what brings down my rating.

I been there for physiotherapy, professional staff and good receptionist. No delay to see the specialist with pre-booked appointments

The reception is a joke....impossible to get anyone on the phone, dont even think of walking in to arrange an appointment in person, they just refuse and tell you to call them which is simply mad, if you do manage to get them on the phone the receptionist tells you to call back the next day at 8.30, because they want to pass on the work to the next staff member, instead of booking you for a doctor call back themselves even though they are able to do so as they have access to the platform !! If you don't want to work then leave, there are other people to do the job

Update today 4/1/2023

Back for hearing test using the room with the booth my son a hearing loss and needs a, mri scsn.

Funny Tuesday 2/1/2023, using the room with no booth he had goid hearing.

Dont foil for it, use the room with the booth.

Son had a ent appointment today 2nd January. Had a hearing test in a non sound proofing room.
When I challenged the consultant he told me they don't have a sound proofing room only at Dudley Rd hospital, little did he know my daughter went last year and went in a room with a booth.

When I rang up to say, I was told that two members of staff do hearing test, and one member of staff get the booth that sound proof and the other one don't.

Funny we were told they don't have a sound proofing booth.

Take advantage of my sons disability and let him feeling like it was him thinking he can't hear.

Check before you go to see which room u go in.

All test shoukd be in a sound proofing room or booth

Positive update :) manager of modality attwood sorted out the problem and booked my son back in. Thank you for listening and getting this sorted so soon.
