It is a fairly priced apartment in the middle of the posh district (and less than 5 mins walk from the sea). Huge thanks to Sofia who waited for us nearly till midnight due to the flight delay.
Recommended.

The room I stayed in was newly built, just 100m from the sea. The host were excellent (even lent me power adapter as I forgot to bring one) and the in-room facilities were great (totally self contained and everything was brand new)

Do note that there is a nearby location so check carefully which one you are booking

My sister and I along with our two kids visited the first week of August from NYC. This was our 1st time visiting the Vouliagmeni area. The apartment was absolutely spotless. Our host panos was waiting when we arrived. He was helpful from the start. Anything I needed he answered right away. This apartment is in the prime location and in the center of the beaches shops and restaurants. Really walking distance to anything. Plus a very short cab ride to athens city center and acropolis.I would HIGHLY recommend and we will be visiting and staying here again!

Location is absolutely fantastic, a walk away from the restaurants street and from the beach as well as the lake. The appartment pictures were true to reality and was handed to us with all amenities and clean; it's very cute, very well lit with a super cozy outdoor seating for your morning coffee (eventhough I wouldn't call the balcony sea view as you just see a tiny portion of the sea).
Sofia was amazing; so friendly, so helpful via WhatsApp.

One thing that I definitely disagree upon reading reviews is that the apartment is calm; I honestly barely slept throughout the week. Cars driving at speed on the street that's right by the studio's balcony in the middle of the night, vespas revving at 3 AM, teenagers screaming in the streets in the middle of the night, a weird loud beeping ... definitely not a good spot if you want good nights of sleep and lazy mornings... or else bring your earplugs!!
