Centro Salud Ronda Historica

Fui por primera vez a este centro y la experiencia con la señora odontologa Carolina Bertha, fue desagradable por la desgana y la poca empatía en el trato. Estuve menos de 5 minutos, ya que era un trámite para derivarme a otro centro (el sistema funciona así) y lo que debería haber sido una conversación normal, la señora Carolina se encargó de que no lo fuera.
No digo ya que tenga que tener una actitud amigable, si no al menos debería de no contestar de malas formas a preguntas simples.
A este centro acuden muchas personas mayores y me da rabia pensar que son tratadas con semejante actitud y por eso la reseña.

El médico que me atendió en la consulta 1 a las 00.15 del 5 de mayo, fue la personal más poco profesional que me he encontrado en la sanidad española.
Llegué con amigdalitis, no me quería ni mirar la garganta y lanzó comentarios como si yo era medico o no. No soy medico pero padezco de esta enfermedad frecuentemente y cuando tienes las amígdalas hinchadas con pus, tampoco hay que ser ingeniero.
Desconozco sus condiciones laborales, pero pedirle a un medico que te explore... Es ya de vergüenza.No me preguntó si padecía fiebre o no ... Absolutamente nada. Una vergüenza

Fui a urgencias con un dolor de lumbalgia y una inflamación en la zona lumbar. Me atendió una médica que me hizo preguntas que me parecieron innecesarias, ya que, en mi opinión, era evidente que se trataba de una inflamación. Parecía no tener mucho interés en examinarme adecuadamente. Después, me comentó que estos dolores podrían ser causados por la vejez, lo cual me sorprendió considerando que tengo 39 años. Me pregunto entonces, ¿qué esperar a los 50? ¿Que cualquier dolor sea inevitable? La falta de profesionalidad en este centro es alarmante. La médica en cuestión se mostró desinteresada, con una actitud poco profesional y una sonrisa que parecía burlona, ignorando la seriedad de mi situación. Es lamentable que nuestro dinero destinado a la seguridad social se utilice para recibir un servicio de tan baja calidad.

They are a bit inhumane. They should understand that foreigners can be in more difficult situations than the locals, and use a different standard. I was stuck in Seville, weak after recovering from COVID, and had a bunch of strange ailments: infected epidermoid cyst on my leg, filled up thyroglossal cyst, and a flu. I am fit and healthy normally. I went there as a foreign tourist, showed my cyst. My Spanish is ok, but not great. They prescribed an antibiotic, and said they would not drain the abscess, because "no hay pus", but the epidermoid cyst pain continued. I went to a larger hospital, Virgin Macarena, where they told me that the infection presents a sepsis danger, and cut it open. Then they said the wound would remain open, and that the drainage has to be changed daily. On Dec 31, the new years day, i had to move out of my hotel at 12, still sick, because it was fully booked for the New Years Eve. I went to Ronda in the morning to get the drainage changed and the wound dressed. The disgruntled single macho doctor in the Urgencia, after speaking on the phone for 20min with a mom of a toddler who had a positive COVID test, told me it was not an emergency and I should go elsewhere. But I said it has to be changed daily, and I have to move out of my hotel, sick, after that. Then he yelled at me to go away, which I did. Good thing is that the super nice resident at Virgin Macarena gave me some supplies and prepared me for draining it myself, which i managed to do in the hotel, staining everything with Betadine. Hopefully i did not introduce a new infection in the wound. Feliz año nuevo a ti también, kind macho!
