My cousin hurt her leg and needed some assistance with figuring out what she needed to help her get around. MCS was great at recommending options and getting something quick for her. I highly recommend them. They are very responsive and caring.

Working with MCS was great, I was able work with Nate and his team to get a great and comfortable wheelchair for my step-father who is now wheelchair bound. Everything went smoothly and we are very happy with not only the chair but also with the family like experience we had working with them. Would strongly recommend to anyone who needs to find mobility equipment.

Nate and his team went beyond customer service today ! I called at closing to ask about repair for a power lift chair for my Mother who is in Assisted living and depends totally on her chair! After a discussion we determined the chair was not reparable ( I had not purchased from them) and stayed after hours to provide me with photos, specs, and pricing on available items. We visited the showroom and made our selection from the options he had provided. I was desperate to get it as soon as possible and he did not disappoint! It was delivered the same day by a courteous team! If you are in need of mobility/ medical products please give them a try , you won’t be disappointed! If I could give more than five stars I would! Outstanding customer service on all levels!
