My experience at Extra Space Storage has been wonderful overall this past year. I’m so glad I chose them to trust with all my things while moving in between two places because the environment is very clean, safe (for both storing my things and accessing the unit alone as a woman), modern, and climate controlled which is important to me with the extreme temperatures we experience in Georgia. The staff is friendly and helpful. It’s easy to pay my monthly bills using the app. I would definitely recommend ESS to anyone looking for a storage place in Athens or in another location. The only issue I have, however, is the constant rate increases by large amounts/differences.
Very happy with our experience. This was our first time renting a storage unit. They had carts available to help you move your things. We rented this unit sight unseen. We were not disappointed. Everything is very clean. We would definitely use them again if we are in need of a storage unit!
Hands down the best service I’ve had in self storage. Around 15 minutes after booking my unit online, a staff member reached out via phone and THANKED ME FOR MY BUSINESS. They were extremely helpful as far as instructions for my unit and they’ve also got some pretty competitive prices (that was the original reason I went with them). Will definitely be using them again in the future.
When you show up here be sure to find David. He will get you in at the best possible rate and space to fit your needs. I recommend, I have been using the facility for 12 months and it is always clean and welcoming.
The representative I spoke with was incredibly knowledgeable and walked me through every step of the reservation process. It was very quick and the technology was really good and Easy to use. The price is very competitive and the location is fantastic. The overall on boarding experience, I definitely raise five stars.
I’ve been renting here since January in a climate controlled unit and it’s a very easy and clean facility to rent from. Price does fluctuate through seasons with being in a college town, but rates are very manageable. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for extra storage space!
I've had this storage space for almost a year, its great to be able to find a climate controlled area for great prices!! And great customer service. Unfortunately that's rare with storage spaces these days. Would definitely highly recommend!!
