The Office Manager is a Rude Handicap old man, their Receptionist is Rude and a Bit Racist too, the Project Engineer lacks urgency to complete project deadlines, Owner is irresponsible and can't lead the business correctly... This business is a joke, they don't care about you, they only care about money! Worst in the business👎👎👎👎👎 Stay Away!!!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. PERIOD.
They expect you to tell them HOW to do their jobs. We hired them to complete borings for a TR-1 and TR-4 for underpinning on our job. Our P.E. told them what we needed. They negated to even do the required TWO boring samples per NYC BC "1803.4.1 Scope of investigation." THIS IS WHAT THEIR SUPPOSED TO DO.
Unbelievably, they only did 1 boring site despite my being able to simply find that 2 were required for our building.
Further, they came back, charged me a couple thousand to do so, then our P.E. gave them instructions on what they needed. AGAIN, they failed to meet our requests!!!! Our engineer needed, and requested, samples at 1 ft increments as we expected to only go 5-7 feet with our underpinning. Instead, they did 0-2, skipped 2-4, did 5-7, then skipped 7-9...THE EXACT DEPTHS WE NEEDED FOR THE DOB. Which, they came back and told us we were missing this information (for the 2nd time, they're telling us we don't have the right information from the boring samples).
On top of all of this, the DOB came back twice and said the TR-1 and TR-4 were input incorrectly and they were unacceptable (on top of not having the per-code information contained within it).

Very disappointed with the service!!! Paid in full and forgot to put me on the schedule and I missed the testing. Not any phone call back from the leadership to apology I had to follow up.
