We required lead abatement in our apartment and the expertise of the Testor team in managing the process was impressive. Not only were they very knowledgeable on the frustrating nuances NY City places on this remediation but they were very reasonable pricing and extremely responsive throughout the project. The team that came to do the work were very thorough and did an excellent job - I would absolutely use Testor for any future projects - 110% would recommend

I hired TESTOR recently to inspect 2 properties and I couldn't be happier with their services. Just to name a few , the extra time taken to explain to me the entire process , online scheduling, online payment option and electronic reporting . The inspector was also very professional and on-time . The manager ( Jennifer ) took almost 45 min on the phone to guide me through the results, as I was new to these reports .

I highly recommend using Testor’s various services. They are very responsive, listen to your needs, make suggestions where needed and communicate with you throughout your project. The professional staff, shout out to Jennifer and the crew are great to work with.
From the intake and discussions about the lead testing and abatement options, to the workers and testers who did the job Testor staff were efficient, knowledgeable, kind, and respectful. We had extenuating circumstances and they even modified their contract to put us at ease and guarantee their work. They hustled to fit into the right schedule we had and we’re so patient with my anxiety and stress at having a toddler in a home with lead issues. Thank you Testor for being human and caring while doing business.
Extraordinarily happy with Testor. We had lead paint abatement done throughout our apartment. They were extremely responsive, and came to our apartment the same day we called to do initial testing. The following week, their crew came to abate/paint. The job was thorough, neat, and the clean up afterwards was comprehensive. I highly recommend them. Special shoutout to Olya, who understood our urgency, expectations, and was in constant communication throughout the project.
