If you need to travel then ITL is a one stop travel agency that will serve you right
It’s very bad agency because they don’t care about the customer after receiving the payment and if u need to do any changes on your reservation they will charge you very expensive amount and all reservations are non refundable.
At the end they don’t care about the customer they care about the money only based on my experience.

Ofcourse the trip cant happen because of Covid-19 pandemic , but they have kept our money & refuse to return it without making significant deductions.
Professional and hospitable staff. I applied for Turkish visa and Mr. Shafi was handling my case. He was very informative with regard to timelines and prices. There were no hidden charges or intentions of any kind which is quite common with other agents. He delivered well before the deadline given to me. Really happy with the service. Thank you.
Would have appreciated some attention when I waked to the store no one approached for a while than a Saudi employee approached finally. The services they provide was excellent and easy to understand and thy have some amazing trips that fits everyone, , I came aware of ITL through Instagram.
