A beautiful building that does nothing for Kuwait citizens and workers. Jabriyah block 3b, Street 7, Building 97 has no smoke detectors in any flats in the Building. No carbon monoxide detectors and no extinguishers. There is one electrical outlet per room in these flats and there are frequent sparks and smoke from electrical overload. Many tenants have burned out their outlets trying to stay warm with heating units this winter. The Building is all foreign teachers and there was a death in this Building on the 8th floor. There is no evacuation plan in place nor fire safety plan for residents.
