The worse doctor ever with the worst service. there was no admin, and no nurse. just a one - woman show which was the doctor itself.
the clinic was suppose to open at 9am, and all of us waited until 9.30 when the doctor finally arrived, and we hand to STAND OUTSIDE THE DOOR because SHE DIDNT LET US IN for another 15 MINUTES!! i was with an elderly lady i mean what kind of a doctor who is supposed to care for the community makes people wait outide like we were begging for donation or something.
And she was so RUDE with everyone its not even funny. the clinic is only half lit (half was in darkness) and only the only "patients" who were present were people who needed to go for a fomema checkup.
She took soo long with handling the documents that we spent 2 hours plus for a simple medical checkup and my maid was the second "patient" of the morning.
She was especially rude to the workers, especially to the bangladeshi workers, it was horrifying to see. Sceaming at them my goodness i just cannot. I felt like i was in some kind of concentration camp. not professional at all. i cant even describe it all. so traumatising. if i could have left i would but i was stuck because we had to do the fomema and too late to change panel dr.
if i could give a 0 start i would. i wouldnt even visit this place again even if it was the last standing clinic in Malaysia.

I took my maid to Klinik Rani for FOMEMA medical check up. The result came back as unsuitable due to hypertension. Dr Rani got her blood pressure under controlled and I have subsequently renewed her work permit successfully. Thank you, Dr Rani.
Very bad Klinik. I went to do Fomema. This Klinik staff and Doctor very rude to me. I think because we are very poor migrant. They look donw on US.
Dissapointment to the level of maximum , Their assistant was very rude to me and my colleague until chase us out of clinic.please upgrade your clinic staff to behave kindly to the patients šæ
Worst experience that l ever had, doctor there was very rude, open late in clinic hours always ask for appointment in advance but no body in reception to attend to. You ...only the doctor doing the whole services.
One of the worst customer service ever. Me as a med rep, I have seen many arrogant dr, very busy Dr's, drs who actually have lot of patients no habe waiting or sittin place chair waiting...yet they will have a good attitude and reject seeing me in a polite way.From my side 0 star for this clinic no one take appointment

On 07th Dec 2023 at about 1100 hrs I made an appointment via the MYAIA app for a general visit. I reached the clinic. As I approached the counter an Indian lady in her 40ās (Possibly the doctor) came out while talking on her phone and the moment I showed her the booking page of the app she aggressively said āNo, no noā¦here we donāt accept this thingā. Before letting me speak a single word she just abruptly left the counter and disappeared inside the back room. So I called her back and told her to refrain from such offensive behavior and tried to tell her I am able to pay myself. She just refused to hear a single word, went back to the room and slammed the door shut on my face. No wonder the clinic is deserted and not a single patient there. This type of people just bring shame to the medical profession.
