If you can get your hands on the Amazonian Blaze hot bbq sauce online, do so. Hands down the best sauce I’ve ever tasted: hot, but not insanely so, sweet, smoky and a unique fruit taste from the single source Colombian peppers. Just phenomenal!

Best rib sandwich is all of the UK. Great chilli sauces. Get there early as they do sell out fast.

Amazing BBQ roll. Got the regular size and struggled to finish it because it was too big. Worth the money.

This is the top one food stall on my have-to-eat list of brick lane. The rib is tender and juicy with roasted flavor, which is absolutely tasted and unforgettable if matching the sauce made by themselves. My favor taste of the sauces are entry-level hot spicy and BBQ one. Or try mixed sauce to get bold, creamy and milder spicy.

What can I say? Hands down the best rib sandwich I have ever had. The meat was juicy, tender and plentiful. The Rib Man himself is a very friendly guy who had a lovely little chat with me. My only negative is...he is only open one day a week! You have got to try this place whenever you happen to be on Brick Lane on a Sunday! ☆☆☆☆☆

Went to London for a long weekend and the rib man was on my to do list. Had a slow walk down brick lane till we spotted the rib man stall. Had a great chat with Mark and had a little taster session with a number of hot sauces mmmmm. Then onto the pork roll. I can only say it is a must if you are on brick lane on a Sunday. It was definitely worth the trip from Hull.

8 pounds for such a huge amount of meat is a gem in this day and age.
Normal spice has some kick to it, they do a half and half too!
