Overall the store is nice, convenient and staff helpful. The reason for 3 stars is they are very expensive compared to other shippers. The package did arrive to CA on time and was cookies, tossed about some but still in decent shape.

Drivers must come from a third world country, as they haven't concept of ringing a bell, or knocking a door...

Friendly service, easy n fast.

I had a package delivered to my home that is not mine. Fed Ex came again 2 days later. They were delivering yet another package that was not mine. I caught the driver before he left it this time. His supervisor told him he couldn’t take the package that was left a couple days earlier with the same persons name. We were to call 1-800-go fed ex, report it & they would send him out with a tag to pick it up the next day. Tried 3 or 4 times to call. They won’t give you a representative to talk to & hang up everytime. How do you get in touch??? Very frustrated!!! Very poor service & no way to communicate 😡
