Very polite and helpful staff

Large store but the till system is wrong. The queues were huge, so because they only have a few scan and shop tills i went to a trolley and basket till. I was hounded by security for being in the wrong place. I know full well i can scan it on any of those tills but he was so very rude. Another couple followed me. Someone with a basket tried to use the trolley till and he flipped. I don't understand, just because asda have put a sign saying Baskets,Trolleys,selfscan. Its common sense if theres no queue at one or the other, just use that till it cuts down your queue times. Asda needs to look at this policy their staff are enforcing. Its so off putting being made to wait in a queue when there's till free!!

I have just been to this chemist to see if my prescription was ready, My slip says Monday but I’m working the weekend and thought while I was shopping in Asda I would check. The lady that served me was really abrupt and spoke to me like I was a child! She told me can’t have it until Tuesday but the slip I have says Monday and also that’s exactly 28 days after my last lot of tablets. I then asked to buy some pain killers and straight away said no I’m not allowed to serve you them, I was mortified at the fact I was being treated like I was a druggie that’s exactly how she made me feel I honestly was so shown up she didn’t even ask who they were for because they were for my other half not me but not that that matters. When I asked the lady why can’t you serve me she replied the pharmacist won’t allow me! I’m not sure what was going on but I left feeling so embarrassed. No one should be made to feel like that when I was only trying to see if my prescription was ready.
I have now left this chemist and use a different one to get my prescriptions.

Woke up this am with a very itchy eye, that was swollen, took a pic, sent it to my son, who was at the Asda. The pharmacist gave me a phone consultation. Thank you very much, great service.

Always have what medication I need in stock . And very good customer service 🙌

Needed my medication on Saturday, so I phoned the pharmacy and told them that I was house ɓound and asked if they could deliver my medication, and i was told that it would be next Friday so I would be out of my medication for a week and I clould be dead without my medication

They sell medicine at the counter which requires no prescription to purchase. The lady wants to know what other medicine my sister takes and says she must come herself. She is disabled. Best to avoid this place even though I have friends who work in the same pbarmacy. 0 stars for service and will definitely not return here. Very awkward staff members
