This pharmacy has rude staff, my wife had been on the phone all day, trying to source a medication for her eczema.
Manningham pharmacy couldn't deliver one of the items on her prescription, which she needed urgently. My wife asked them to cancel the prescription, so she could take it else where. The lady shouted down the phone and hung up.
This behaviour is obnoxious, unhelpful and unacceptable. This has upset my wife, who was already feeling fed up and frustrated with her condition.

Worst service ever..they'll receive a steriod prescription for an 8y old child and won't even bother to tell you that they won't have it in their stock..after 3 days of wait,on calling them...they'll say it wasn't in our stock during weekdays but on Saturday it's available and plus side is that we won't deliver it you'll have to come yourself.

I sat out side like a naughty school boy while she calmed her self down having being treated like a child I decided that I did not want her to administer the vaccines to me as she said she was angry.
So with a few choice words I left. I have a recording of the full incident on camera and I have reported this to the General Pharmaceutical Council and The professional Standards Authority for health and Social care. And also will be reporting it to The information Commissioner s office because I believe they have not followed the GDPR Regulations.

Amazing pharmacy with such helpful staff. My mother suffers from diabetes and had ordered her medication from the surgery next door but they had not sent her prescription over to the pharmacy in time so she was about to miss her dose of diabetes medicine. I told the staff this and he talked to the pharmacist who informed that I could call 111 to get the medicine. I did what he he said and I was able to get my mother medication. Very helpful and Amazing service thank you very much and keep it up

I have recently been nominated to this pharmacy and finally I have found a pharmacy which has my medication ready on time. Furthermore since I’ve been with them the staff have treated me with nothing but respect and have gone the extra mile to help me every time.

The worst pharmacy! I would strongly avoid using this pharmacy if you need reliable, repeat prescriptions. They never have any stock of popular medicines, and their customer service is terrible. They literally have young children running the pharmacy with no knowledge or experience with medicine. Furthermore, I really don’t believe anyone who works at this pharmacy has a single care about the health or wellbeing of their customers. They are like shopkeepers without a care in the world with an absolutely joke of stock levels. I’ll be changing from this pharmacy to a more reliable one. Shame on Leylands pharmacy!

Says it’s open 9am - 6:30pm Monday to Friday haha… No they are not! :-/ It’s nearly always closed and I have witnessed the medicine delivery courier guy waiting outside to deliver medication, but the shutters are down and the place is closed, so they have to take them away again - That’s why people’s medication is never there; because no one is there to receive it!
They close between 12 - 1 for dinner and most of the time never bother to reopen again, if they’ve opened at all. Ridiculous service; especially for Pensioners and those who need their medication urgently! :-/

I was with a pharmacy before I joined Leylands called Taits pharmacy and I have to say the manager who owned this was called Nazia and she was sooo rude and would tell my sister wat sort of medicine I got from my gp basically I would have opioids delivered but I’m a I’ll person with epilepsy,severe endometriosis,arthritis,sciatica,and ibs, I be in a lot of pain most the time but I don’t take opioids anymore as they are very addictive I will only ask for them when I’m in severe pain and can’t get out of bed but when I joined Leylands pharmacy the owners have been amazing my only problem is they take soo long to pik the phone up and once I got my meds delivered but I wasn’t home and they gave them to my uncle or father as they well know when I’m not home to post them and to only give medication to me but the good thing is if I loose my medication they will give me the medication of my doset boxes the day before as they know my conditions and they are soo lovely and caring not rude at all they just shouldn’t keep someone waiting for half an hour to an hour on the phone before picking the bloody phone up seriously guys pick up ur phone straight away not only for me for every other customer that is with u guys thank u very much x

Garbage pharmacy. I called and told the guy that I need an injection that isn't available on my pharmacy; the guy said I need to call to my pharmacy and ask them to release the medication. Very slow very long waits should have more staff working to get through the patients. Queued for over 30 mins to just advise I have a prescription. Then nearly 2 hours to get it. The lad at the till was nice and poor guy bless him was rushed off his feet. They seriously need to improve this as after being in A&E for 15 hours then having to wait a further 2.5 hours to get the prescription is unfair. Wasn’t just me also a good 15-20 in the same position as me! Seriously needs restructuring.

As a hospital Pharmacy that is probably more busier than a normal pharmacy, maybe more staff needs to be hired! If given a hospital prescription, then no choice but to use this shambles of a Pharmacy!

No stars at all for this terrible pharmacy. Obviously when you get a hospital prescription you have no choice but to get the prescription from there and unfortunately I've had to use them nearly every week for about 8 weeks. Each time the wait in the queue is atrocious, usually around 40 minutes. Each time there's 3-4 members of staff. When you get to the front of the queue, EVERY SINGLE TIME they will tell you it's a very long wait, this has been 1 hour to 3 hours. There's no sign anywhere telling you this so you can make the decision to queue or not, there's no member of staff giving the odd shout-out that this might be the case, no every time you have to queue first. And best of all, if you go any time after 345, they'll tell you to go back the next day as it's too close to their closing time (which is still hours away but they're that slow). I don't know why Rowlands keep their name attached to this.

Staff is very helpful. I find myself running to them whenever my kids are poorly during late night. Their Pharmacist gives good advice and medication suitable most staff are friendly never felt uncomfortable with them. Used this pharmacy for 6 years now and I wud never want to go anywhere else. thank you guys! Keep up the good work and thank you for being helpful! All the best! Highly recommend.

have been a customer of this Pharmacy since it opened as it is attached to my GP practice. I have always found them to be professional and most helpful going above and beyond to assist me.
They have always been there with great advice and I couldn't fault them only praise them, until today.
I collected my repeat prescription 10 days ago and to be fair put them to one side as my medication was prepared for this week. When I came to prepare my medication for the following week and needing to start the new packs of tablets I found one of the boxes of tablets did not hold the correct number of tablets. I immediately rang the pharmacy to explain the situation and was advised I had been given a part pack. I was advised to return them and they would replace them.
I went to the pharmacy explained why I had come. The pharmacist spoke to me, questioned me then left me, another person then came to examine the packets and question me, I felt totally humiliated as this took place in the centre of the retail section. I got the feeling they were of the opinion that I had had the tablets.
I assured them I understood they had to check things but equally I expected them to believe what I was saying.
Due to the treatment of myself in the Girlington Pharmacy today I went straight into my GP and requested that future prescriptions be sent to another Pharmacy, I will no longer be using Girlington.

Probably one of the worst pharmacy I have been to. Rude staff with absolutely zero manners. If they don’t like their job they should do something else.

Excellent service. Unable to get any help from 111 for my daughter's ear infection and tonsillitis on Boxing Day. Pharmacist on Duty was very helpful. Paid for private consultation and penicillin prescribed. Thank you

Really disappointed with their services.
Had a prescription from Last Thursday which got delivered on Wednesday because the Pharmacy was closed! Not good enough.

Had very bad experience today, when I went to take medicine for my wife as she wasnt feeling well.I went inside and was waiting for my turn and 1 customer was before me. But instead of serving the customer staff members were talking about their family matters inside the pharmacy and were bad mouthing about other pharmacies and laughing at others.
They ignored the customers and when I asked the staff member to serve the customer first then talk about ur personal lives. His reply was "I can talk and work at the same time"
The guy is the shame at the name of customer representative.
Worse pharmacy I have ever been.I had to walk off without medicine.Please avoid them if u like ur family as Bradford pharmacy is full of jokers.
NHS should need to take action as well. Otherwise these jokers will be always make fun of patients.

This phamarcy never has medicine in stock. Got a repeat prescription. Went after a day to collect.. told not in stock & will be in a couple of days . Went back a couple of days later (btw there tele number is dead so cannot call), told still not in stock. I then asked it to be delivered as they hv a delivery service. 5 days later no delivery. Go back to the pharmacy & my medicine been sat there.. not sure how long. They could not be bothered delivering it.

No basic customer service skills, when you call some staff don't know how to speak to patients and come across very rude! Some staff training on how to communicate in the correct manner needed!

I visited this pharmacy due to an error on my surgery part for changing my pharmacy nomination which I was unaware of. I had ran out of my medication and although it had been requested my medication had not been issued by my surgery, I then had to pay for this medicine as due to bank holiday it would mean that I would be without it for five days.
Its not about the payment or refund as this has now been dealt with my own surgery but Long story short I was dealt with In a rude and derogatory manner where a remark was made to assume my ethnicity and background and to assume I don’t have a valid exemption and to assume I am a free loader.
I was so shocked at the pharmacist knowing that there are people of colour working there and to know she was training new workers at this pharmacy which she mentioned she is training them, that she had made a remark in a very loud voice and disrespectful way like I didn’t understand or lacked capacity to understand her. The moment she spoke to me her behaviour stayed that way she kept staring at me in an intimidating way.
I was astonished at her comment that she is training members of staff and whilst under her training alongside a colleague who stood there and who works there this was said and heard.
She spoke to me raising her voice, kept cutting me off and disregarding me, her demeanour was very curt, she had not even asked me the reason why I was there or how she could help but came straight up to me at the counter to voice her opinion. I Was not given a chance to explain. In the end of it I was so appalled and disgusted that such unprofessional conduct had took place.
I cannot imagine how this person may have spoken to others or her staff before me or after me in that manner. She seemed very unhappy to serve me as her mannerisms showed she was properly annoyed with me. I have a medical expedition and thus do not pay for my medication and it is not by choice that I have this illness, I also work which has no bearing for her to just assume that I’m sat claiming free prescriptions. The disgusting remark made to me by this person who did not acknowledge with in the way she spoke to me nor felt she had said anything wrong. Absolutely disgusting and racist member of staff employed here.
Pharmacists and pharmacies owe a duty of care to their customers to prevent harm just as a doctor owes a duty of care to patients and what is concerning is that if this rude member of staff has spoken to me they may do so to others in this manner as well.

Lied on the phone and said the prescription was ready and when I arrived they didn’t have the items. Then a rude staff member who looked like she wanted confrontation, treated my very gentle and loving 2yr old son very aggressively. She tried to blame him for a broken cream whilst he was in my hands and said she will be sending the police to our home for him. she would not give me her name but threatened that she had access to my families personal details. Unsure what she was trying imply when she said that. Some form of upper hand in her eyes, what was she going to do send her family to my home? She also said “i should learn to control my son”!! WOW just WOW. Disgusting manners and lack of respect. Refused to do my prescription but then did it it when doctor reception got involved as I told them what she’s just done. I asked to speak to a manager and they said he isn’t in till tomorrow I called in 1hour later on the same day as I forgot to get the time for the manager and a manager answered and apologised and explained she must of assumed and were not sure how long the product was damaged.

The people who run it now are lovely folk. Shame they don’t have the expertise yet to run a pharmacy. I’m sure they will learn quick and turn the place around as they have the potential. With time will improve their service. They need to train the individuals who deal with the customers properly, set up a proper system for deliveries, payment methods and become more informed on who their regular customers are so they don’t have issues supplying medication promptly. Stock up and provide a swift service!

Medicine is not like buying a meal or a scarf, people NEED medicine, possibly in life or death circumstances. I tried to explain to these people I could NOT walk and politely asked for it to be delivered, these profit over people Frizinghall Pharmacy decided I should come and collect it instead so they could save £2 on the driver. The doctor said they would take a prescription to this pharmacy. Yesterday teatime. I rang this morning and spoke to the female pharmacist, only for her to cut me off. Rang back twice and went onto answer phone. So asked to get back to me no contact made. Rang again and they said I has no prescription there. Now without medication til Monday. My husband is in Marie curie. So I am disappointed. In the service that a didn't receive

Really bad service my son left here because they were very bad at getting his prescription out. I’ve been having the same problem 7 days and I ring to find out what has happened to my prescription to be told won’t be ready until tomorrow great as my blood pressure tablets ran out yesterday then to be told how was he supposed to know they had ran out how rude they were ordered on line when I had 1 weeks tablets left and said they would be ready by last Friday. Disgusting service

Manningham Pharmacy's staff are very helpful regarding information, delivery's are always on time especially in the Corona pandemic. Got the Corona test done before holiday and the certificate came on time. I couldn't be more happy customer. Keep up the good work. Stay safe save lives.

I have used this pharmacy a number of times and the service and knowledge is brilliant by the staff. They are always helpful and polite and it’s a stark difference from other pharmacies I have used. Am so glad I changed pharmacies.

Absolutely disappointed with this pharmacy. My prescription was sent to them on Tuesday 17th November 2020, however, due to them not having one item, they told me, I would receive my medication by Thursday 19th November 2020. That never happened, so I called them on Friday 20th November again and the lady at the other end of the phone told me that their driver had my medication and it would get dropped off to my address before the end of his shift. I called her at 2.15 pm and by 6pm, I still had no medication, so I called again and they told me that their delivery driver had my medication and would drop it off most definitely, before his shift ended, bearing in mind, they close at 6.30pm. I never received my medication and now I have no medication and have to wait till Monday 23rd November 2020 to sort this mess out. It’s really distasteful, how dishonest and unprofessional, these people were and why they felt the need to lie to me about receiving my medication. My GP sent it to the wrong pharmacy also. I don’t usually go to this pharmacy and I definitely shall not ever return to it either. I will be complaining to The State Board of Pharmacy, due to their negligence and dishonesty. Not impressed to say the least. This is patient care that is being messed around with. Fix up!

Very helpful staff. Ideally placed right next to the doctor's surgery. Open until late so always available when you need it.
