Solil Management Corporation

This is the worst Management company I have ever dealt with. By far.
To make a long story short - they made us an offer and then rescinded it the last business day of our lease (basically forcing us to find a place and move out in two days / over a weekend).
Also - they try to screw you by charging you more 1.5x rent if you stay past those two days! (This seems to be standard language but still! - be ware!)
Good luck getting a timely response from anyone.
Overall, avoid at all costs. I have rented from over 8 Companies in 20yrs and this is far and above the worst service.
Building was nice, amenities were ok, and staff was friendly - only reason for the 1 star.

My husband and I are residents at 166 w 72nd street and we would give this management 0 stars if we could. We've been dealing with mice for 2 months now, and so far the response from management has been abysmal despite us contacting them multiple times. Our super is sweet has done his best to deal with the situation, but a professional is needed, as the mice problem seems to be persistent despite multiple traps being laid out and holes being sealed ups. We have received no response from Dafina in management despite us emailing multiple times. This is a health hazard and not what we expect for paying a premium in rent. I would avoid properties managed by this company at all costs because they clearly do not care about their residents' safety.
